Great service before the service appointment and with our technician. Stone called with arrival time and did a thorough inspection and explained what he found and how he would fix the problem. He completed the repair and performed another inspection and the garage door worked perfectly. Would highly recommend this technician and vendor to anyone needing garage door maintenance or repair.

Your technician arrived on time and was quite pleasant. He was very covid aware which was very nice. He outlined the possible options for repairs and did so in a very pleasant manner, no push. He was going to send me options for additional work which I am not ready to pursue at this time but will certainly contact you folks when the time is right. Very pleased.

Stone was my technician. He explained several repair options after giving the door a safety inspection. I am a hoverer and Stone did not seem to mind. He paused and answered any question I had. He seemed very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door science. I appreciate that he offered several options but did not try to hard sell any particular choice. While my electric door opener was not part of the service, before he left, he insured that the door closed properly, both manually and electrically. It was a pleasure to have Stone service my garage door.
