We've used Precision for many years to service our two garage doors. This year we decided to get automatic door openers for those doors. Kyler was our technician. Screws pulled out of the door bracket that the door opener was connected to seven months after they installed a new door, motor, and hardware. Fortunately Precision Garage Door sent out a mechanic within five hours to fix the problem. Obviously I’m a bit upset at the failure of the hardware, but Precision Door stands by their guarantee.

Our garage door stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We called Precision at 4 PM. They asked if we could await until Monday morning for a technician to come out. We said that would be fine and were told that the technician would arrive by around 8 AM. Matt called a bit before 8 to tell us that he was about 15 minutes away, so that we would be ready. He arrived on time and was most pleasant and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Then he conducted a 25-point diagnosis and recommended other repairs to prevent future problems. We agreed to this and he completed these in less than an hour.

Very good experience with Precision. Need to have garage door repaired on New Year's Day. Called at 3:00 and had a technician (Justin) at my home by 4:30. Received a clear and reasonable estimate.
