Our garage door stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We called Precision at 4 PM. They asked if we could await until Monday morning for a technician to come out. We said that would be fine and were told that the technician would arrive by around 8 AM. Matt called a bit before 8 to tell us that he was about 15 minutes away, so that we would be ready. He arrived on time and was most pleasant and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Then he conducted a 25-point diagnosis and recommended other repairs to prevent future problems. We agreed to this and he completed these in less than an hour.

Very good experience with Precision. Need to have garage door repaired on New Year's Day. Called at 3:00 and had a technician (Justin) at my home by 4:30. Received a clear and reasonable estimate. Technician explained each repair item. Repairs were done within the hour and I am pleased with the results.

Long time client. Had an issue with one of my remotes. Justin arrived on time, early in fact, and promptly showed me my choices of replacements and tested the unit out from a distance. While at the house he conducted a safety inspection and lubricated the hinges. Very courteous and efficient. He is an example of why I trust Precision.

Tech...Justin arrived earlier than originally scheduled....thank you. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Completed project within an hour. My disappointment is: I was quoted on the phone a price ranging from $130-$300 to replace torsion spring. When viewing with Justin the repair he indicated that indeed I needed the torsion spring replaced and it was $300. I said ok. 19-15 minutes later he ask me to review the estimate and explained that I needed a bearing that was $99 additional. I agreed to the work but am not happy that after being told when I called and again initially by Justin a cost of $300, that a wheel bearing was needed at a additional cost of $99. I feel $383 to replace a torsion spring was excessive.

Great, friendly same-day service! Absolutely recommended for any garage door and garage opener repairs! Our technician Patrick, did a fantastic job. He called to let me know when he was near, which is SO much better than the typical 'wait game' with other home repairs. Once at the home, he quickly diagnosed the issues and provided two solid recommendations on how to proceed, a Best option and a Good option. He allowed me time, w/out pressure, to choose while answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend Precision - great service, great people!

Called to get an estimate to repair one of our garage doors. The spring on the garage door broke and it was not possible to easily manually open the garage door or open the garage with the opener. Precision Garage sent out a technician the very next day. The technician was very professional and extremely helpful in outlining our options to have the door repaired. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed answers to my questions on the pros and cons of each option. At NO time was there a hard sell to go with any one of the options - just very factual information. I highly recommend Precision Garage for anyone needing repairs or service to their garage door systems. Well done!!!!

Your company was recommended by my neighbor. I was pleasantly surprised when Patrick called five minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient- esp. with explanations that sometimes had to be repeated due to a hearing impairment. Patrick preformed an inspection, made me aware of the problem, then presented my three options for repair. At no time did he try to influence my choice. I was very pleased with the service I received and the manner in which it was given. You are fortunate to have Patrick in your employ.

Poor experience with this company. The technician was very prompt, polite and professional but learnt upon his visit that they don’t carry the right parts for our kind of garage doors. I wish they had made it clear during the intake process. When I wrote to the office manager about this issue, I was hoping they would credit the charge or at least apologize. On the contrary,, she threatened with a concocted up story on how I used profanity with the technician. I am amazed how businesses treat their repeat customers. Well, they lost one such today.
