Precision actually had weekend appointments available. Scheduling was easy online and David arrived toward the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and did a complete and thorough inspection of the door. He was patient while explaining what needed and should be done to get the door working again and keep it working. He completed to work quickly and cleaned up when done. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will definitely reach out again when my other door needs service or repair.

Jon's customer service attitude, professionalism, and knowledge was first class. He went above and beyond by explaining the mechanics of the garage door, showing me how it works, and outlining all the repair options. Would highly recommend.

Easy to talk to and he explained exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it. I am pleased my door is now operating smoothly. I have recommended 'PGD' to my next-door neighbor who needs a replacement. Thank you.

We recently had Precision Door Service out for a garage door repair, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment through their website was quick and easy. On the day of the appointment, the technicians, Justin A. and his teammate, called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, which I really appreciated. From the moment they arrived, they were dressed professionally, extremely respectful, and walked me through everything they were doing each step of the way. They worked cleanly and thoroughly, even double-checking each other’s work to ensure everything was done right. Their attention to detail and teamwork gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. They made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up and even offered to answer any remaining questions or go over anything again. On top of that, they provided helpful suggestions to further improve the performance of our garage door, going above and beyond expectations. What stood out the most was their positive attitude. They worked with a smile, showed genuine kindness, and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and especially want to thank Justin A. and his teammate for their exceptional service!
