Our door became jambed and we didn't feel it was safe. Our technition Brandon was prompt and courtious. He walked me through the inspection and provided us an itemized estimate with clear explinations on what he thought were must do and what we could wait to do. Throughout the entire visit he was polite and he kept the house and are clean. When the time comes for another service or replacement will absolutely use Percision Door again.

Garage door spring broke at 6am. I contacted Precision Garage Door at 6:30am and they had the garage door completely repaired by noon. Cameron Ware was my technician and he completed a full inspection of the door, opener, rails and bearings with me. I opted to replace the bearings and cable drums with the springs since they were clearly worn and were original parts over 35 years old. Cameron replaced all parts and reattached garage door to opener very professionally, then ensured the area was clean. Also received a 2 year warranty at no additional cost. Very pleased.

I first contacted Precision Garage Door using their online appointment system, which was very easy to utilize. After making the appointment, I received several messages and emails verifying my scheduled appointment. The technician, Hunter, was very helpful in offering several options to repair the problem with the door sensors. He replaced them in about 30 minutes with more updated sensors which should solve the problem. He offered pricing on a number of optional repairs that we may need in the future. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The repairs were reasonably priced and should resolve the issue we were experiencing. I will use them again when needed.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish. Had a failed torsion spring over a weekend and scheduled an appointment online at the next open window. Hunter arrived on time, introduced himself, explained the process in detail at all steps of the inspection and repair and provided multiple options. The torsion spring on my garage failed after 23 long years of service. Unfortunately, it damaged my door almost beyond repair. Hunter showed up on-site and assessed the damage and took the time to write-up multiple estimates for a replacement door. He answered all my questions and helped me make a decision on which door would work best for my home. He went out of his way to put band-aid fix in place that hopefully will last until my replacement door is installed. Your technician, Kyler Pooler, arrived on time. I explained that our garage door opener had stopped working just after that big snowstorm in January. Kyler described the garage door opener options that he had on his truck & explained the differences in functionality with each option. I chose the Lift Master, 3/4 HP & Kyler went to work quickly. He also stopped to point out several other potential issues with my garage door that might arise in the next year or two. I appreciated his attention to detail & his candor. Prior to the purchase of our new house, the home inspector told us that there was a repair needed in the garage. Not wanting any recurring problems, we contacted Precision Door. Kyler, the technician, pointed out why the visual cues detected by the inspector did not indicate a need for repair. My garage door spring snapped late in the day. After searching, Precision Garage hours listed it was still open (until 8pm). I called and spoke to a person to schedule a repair, which they were able to schedule for the next day. Brandon and Bobby (awesome service techs!) called when they were on their way, arrived during the scheduled repair window, assessed my repair, and walked me through the estimate - no hard sale to replace my door system or upsell any parts. Brandon and Bobby made the repairs, tested the door numerous times, cleaned up, walked me through the repairs and had me try the door.
