I am extremely well satisfied with Garage Door Precision Service. From the time I contacted the Service Representative on Saturday until Sunday when I received an estimate for the repairs. All work completed was top block. The service representative was professional and answered all my questions. He also cleaned the area and took any trash with him. Garage Door Precision Service definitetly met my standards. I am an extremely satisfied customer! Thank you very much!

My garage door spring snapped late in the day. After searching, Precision Garage hours listed it was still open (until 8pm). I called and spoke to a person to schedule a repair, which they were able to schedule for the next day. Brandon and Bobby (awesome service techs!) called when they were on their way, arrived during the scheduled repair window, assessed my repair, and walked me through the estimate - no hard sale to replace my door system or upsell any parts. Brandon and Bobby made the repairs, tested the door numerous times, cleaned up, walked me through the repairs and had me try the door. Excellent service, I would use them again and recommend Precision Garage Door to others!

I called first thing this morning and they had someone out same day by 3 o’clock. John was our technician and he was outstanding. He fixed the problem in less than an hour was courteous kind and a real gentleman. I will always use this company in the future for either replacement or repair.

We had previously used Precision Garage Door to replace two garage door openers and we were very happy with their service. We needed to replace springs, cables, and roller bearings this time, so we called Precision again. Scheduling was efficient and communication was very good. Kyler showed up on time and prepared with a well-stocked work van. After a quick inspection and quote which we approved, he got to work on the replacements. He was professional and left our garage completely clean. Hopefully we won’t need any more work on our garage doors, but if we do, we will absolutely call Precision again!

The Technician, Cameron, arrived early (he called first to ask if that was OK), explained the process, inspected the door, gave the quote, and then repaired the door. Precision actually had weekend appointments available. Scheduling was easy online and David arrived toward the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and did a complete and thorough inspection of the door. He was patient while explaining what needed and should be done to get the door working again and keep it working. He completed to work quickly and cleaned up when done. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will definitely reach out again when my other door needs service or repair.

Prior to the purchase of our new house, the home inspector told us that there was a repair needed in the garage. Not wanting any recurring problems, we contacted Precision Door. Kyler, the technician, pointed out why the visual cues detected by the inspector did not indicate a need for repair. He clearly explained what was happening with the garage and saved us an unneeded expense. When the old garage door eventually does "die," we will contact Precision Door and Kyler. When there was confusion about the fee for the consultation, the customer support and billing department at Precision Door was quick to reply and to set things right. It is refreshing to find vendors you can trust.
