Patrick from Precision Overhead Garage Door did an outstanding job repairing and tuning up our garage door. He also recommended some items be repair on our other garage doors which we did to allow them to last longer and to reinforce the top panel of the door. The scheduling department was curious and got us an appointment the same day we called. Patrick was able to show up early, and their scheduling department called to ensure that was okay with us. Patrick was very professional, and did a great job cleaning up the work area when the work was completed. The work he did tuning up our garage door was great, and it operates so much better. We are planning on tuning up our other garage doors very soon.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Patrick the technician took advantage of the fact that we were not home but my 76 year old mother was there. He talked her into overhauling the whole garage door instead of just the simple fix it should have been. He charged her $884.00 without ever consulting me, the home owner. I will never use their company ever again.

I have reviewed the information (estimates and invoice) and spoke with the technician, Patrick, as well as the owner. There were 3 estimates provided for 3 different options that were recommended based on the 25 point safety inspection of your garage door and operator. The options range from the most minimal repair, to a solution that will leave your garage door in tip top shape and you won’t need additional work and repairs done in the near future. We were assured by the adult in the home that she was making the decision on the repair work and wanted it fixed right so there would be no worries. (per the invoice provided with the options and signature of authorization for the work). We want our customers to be happy and pleased with the service and repair work, so your email and review are completely contrary to what we strive for. The technician was friendly and on time, but seemed way more intent on selling me a new opener rather than helping me determine the root cause of my issue. I feel as though the $85 service fee I paid was very high, and the prices quoted for a new opener were more than double what other providers charge. I was shocked at the labor and material costs that were quoted. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Precision Overhead Garage Door is awesome! We had an emergency situation of which we were able to call on a Sunday morning, actually speak to a live person and have a scheduled appointment within a few hours! We received an email following up with us and a two hour window with a picture of the technician who would be repairing our garage door! Matt called us 30 minutes prior to arriving within the 2 hour window and was on time and courteous and professional. He investigated, explained our options, gave us great information and performed the repair within an hour of arriving. We are so incredibly pleased and grateful for this impeccable service!! I can't offer anything less than 5 stars. From the time I googled to the time I was completely satisfied with a fully operational and quiet garage door system; was less than less than 3 hours total. The Lady I spoke with was very professional, set up an appointment with the technician, Matt Meier who was well prepared to complete the job from the get go. He had the springs and all necessary parts. His inspection was spot on and his repair was quick and flawless. I've never heard my garage door operate that quietly. This gentleman was a fountain of knowledge on all aspects of garage doors which I soon found out was not as simple as it looked. He educated me for future projects to upgrade/ update my garage door and the opener. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair or maintenance. I will certainly call Precision in the future.

Jim did an outstanding job. He came out on 8/27 originally for a possible repair but found that wasn't going to be the case. He gave us several options to choose from and we chose to purchase new doors. He came out again on 9/3 by himself and installed our new door. I couldn't be happier with the work that he has done. He is a phenomenal young man, and this company is lucky to have such a hard worker.
