My Garage Door is 18 years old so plenty of use, and one day began to stick partially open with some very ugly grinding and shaking. I found Precision with an Internet search and they scheduled a visit for a couple of days later. Justin arrived early and took care of the problem in an hour or two at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

I am totally satisfied with the work Justin did for me. He is patient, respectful, courteous, and seems to be dedicated to his work. He quickly identified the problem with my door and repaired it. Before departing, he tested the door making sure that it opens and closes via the car remotes and from the master switch. I am happy with his work..

Great service. Patrick came same day and worked late to fix an old garage door. It was Holiday weekend and a Saturday and they did did not charge extra for overtime. The price was reasonable, the service was great and we will call them again when we are ready to install new doors. Patrick also called to keep us informed of his arrival time. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

So far I am pleased with the service. Rates are consistent with other companies in the area. Technician (Kevin) pointed out some other maintenance issues. No pushy sales tactics, just the facts. That was super helpful. I had the critical items repaired. The other items I will do as a weekend warrior project. Hopefully get a few more years out of the door before replacement.

Needed 24/7 servce, found your ad on internet. Car trapped in garage, door mangled. Max was excellent service person. He explained all needed to be done, options and pricing. He also did needed maintenance as some existing parts were faulty. Can't thank him enough!
