Excellent service by the Technician (Stone). Explained in detail what was required to repair the garage door. Did only repairs necessary as to not overcharge me. Suzanne at the main office was also very courteous when calling in my repair request. Highly recommend this office.

My technician was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He found the problem quickly and solved it. Hey then serviced the door. It is very quit now. I would recommend Precision to anyone with door issues. 5 star rating.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door. From the initial call to scheduling to the repairs being done it was a great experience.

Justin arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in his assessment of the problem with my door. He explained the situation with the door and gave me the option of a temporary repair or replacement. He did not try and sell me a door that I did not need and explained the option of replacement. I chose to replace the door due to the fact that in the future I would have to replace it. I was very pleased with the outcome and was very satisfied. I chose to use Precision due to the quality of service I received on a prior service visit.
