First, the receptionist who took our call was very polite and understanding. She even put in a request for an earlier appointment, if one became available. The technician who came out to look at our garage door was very knowledgeable and conveyed in layman's terms all that he was going to do. He also tried to keep the cost down, which he did. It did not take him very long to fix our door. He was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Justin was truly professional…I received messages two days prior to his visit, the morning of his visit and when he was about 20 minutes out. He conducted a detail inspection of my door, checked my motor, and inspected my springs as well. He showed me the old rollers and pointed out my problem. As he was completing my bill he noticed that I was a veteran and included the veterans discount.
