Excellent service. Justin, my technician was on time near the start of the window I was given, called me to let me know he was on the way, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He professionally installed the new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers that were all broken or badly worn. Then tested and tweaked the installation until the door was moving smoothly. Great job!

Justin arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in his assessment of the problem with my door. He explained the situation with the door and gave me the option of a temporary repair or replacement. He did not try and sell me a door that I did not need and explained the option of replacement. I chose to replace the door due to the fact that in the future I would have to replace it. I was very pleased with the outcome and was very satisfied. I chose to use Precision due to the quality of service I received on a prior service visit.

Justin installed a new opener for us today. He was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and did a fabulous job on our install. I highly recommend Precision! May I also add they were the only garage door company that answered their phone on a Saturday when we discovered something was wrong with our opener and needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out.

Excellent company. I contacted them when the cable on my (old) garage door opener snapped. They could not come out immediately, but we scheduled for one week out. The technician, Justin, is awesome. He contacted us before he came out on the scheduled day. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Gave us option of repairing cable or purchasing a new unit. Another company didn't even offer this, saying it was too old. We replaced it as it was 20+ years old. We signed the agreement, and he immediately began installation. When the unit was installed, he took the time to walk me through setting up the Wifi feature. Said we can contact him with any more questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.

My Garage Door is 18 years old so plenty of use, and one day began to stick partially open with some very ugly grinding and shaking.
