I chose Precision after looking at the great reviews. Max did a wonderful job repairing a garage door spring and shaft that had been repaired by another company only six months ago but failed. He fully explained the options and exactly what was covered and what was not covered. When done, Max showed me everything he had done and what I needed to do to keep the door in good working condition. Excellent work!

Exceptional service. Our garage door spring broke late at night and both of our cars were stuck in the garage behind the disabled door. We found Precision online and based on their reputation, we asked for their assistance. They scheduled Kevin to come early the next day.
