Max was great, very informative. I like the fact that the company sent his photo ahead of time, he called that he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He checked out our garage top to bottom and gave great recommendations, didn't try to sell things that were not necessary. Very professional, great job as this is the best my door has worked since we bought this house.

Thank you very much, Precision Garage Door. First of all, I couldn't believe that you were able to schedule a visit the morning after I called. The spring on our garage door broke and Max, your Tech Specialist, was right on time. He called ahead and confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and very respectful of us and our home. He explained the work required and in great detail what my options were. After I selected the work I wanted performed, he got right to it. The work was done in a timely fashion and with excellent quality. I will absolutely refer Precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you once again.

Matt arrived on schedule, assessed the repairs needed and gave me an itemized estimate for my approval. Upon my approval Matt completed the job. He was very courteous and professional. Matt completed the repairs, tested the door for proper balance, then showed me how to use the newly installed keypad and remote. Thank you Matt for a job well done!

Amazing service!!! Sean was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and didnt try to oversell their products. Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.

I was very happy with the service that Precision provided to me. I called on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon (at the time promised with a call ahead)a technician was at our house quickly and professionally repairing our door. The price was exactly as indicated to me on the phone, and the technician did an excellent job of informing me regarding the nature of the repair and on how to properly maintain our door going forward.
