The torsion spring on my garage failed after 23 long years of service. Unfortunately, it damaged my door almost beyond repair. Hunter showed up on-site and assessed the damage and took the time to write-up multiple estimates for a replacement door. He answered all my questions and helped me make a decision on which door would work best for my home. He went out of his way to put band-aid fix in place that hopefully will last until my replacement door is installed. I appreciate the great customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge that Hunter displayed. I look forward to the install and doing more business with Precision.

Unusual incident with my garage door ended up pulling unit from the wall and breaking the springs. I contacted Precision Service, and they worked with my scheduling and offered various times and dates. From the scheduler to the technician, Kyler, there was such great customer service, I thought it was a joke! But it definitely was not. I was very satisfied with the service and glad I lucked into using them. Will use again if needed.

The garage door spring broke after an incredibly long work week (of course). I began searching for a company to fix it. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to come out quickly that wouldn't charge $2,000. You had an appointment available the next day and so I agreed. Hunter came out and did a quick inspection. The diagnostic process took less than 15 minutes and I was provided a quote for the service. He gave multiple options and recommendations of what absolutely needed to be replaced and what didn't. He had the parts with him so work could begin immediately and he was done in less than two hours. The garage door works great and is far quieter than it was prior to breaking. 5 stars.

Max was great, very informative. I like the fact that the company sent his photo ahead of time, he called that he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He checked out our garage top to bottom and gave great recommendations, didn't try to sell things that were not necessary. Very professional, great job as this is the best my door has worked since we bought this house.

The spring on our garage door broke and Max, your Tech Specialist, was right on time. He called ahead and confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and very respectful of us and our home. He explained the work required and in great detail what my options were. After I selected the work I wanted performed, he got right to it. The work was done in a timely fashion and with excellent quality. I will absolutely refer Precision to my friends and neighbors. Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.
