I almost canceled my appointment after talking with schedulers. I have a three year old Lift Master that should have been under warranty. The scheduler said they did to have to call Lift Master that they knew all that would have to be done. His customer service turned me off. However, Corey the repair person arrived with customer service attitude. I heard him talking with lift master when he could not figure out the problem and took the time to troubleshoot this unit with Lift Master. After their conclusion that it was a drive train that wasn’t under warranty, Corey saved this installation by his professionalism. I am sorry that I did not have tip money for him.

I have nothing good to say about Precision Garage Service.  On July 12th I ordered a new garage door to replace my old door which was damaged.  I paid extra for custom paint and gave the technician the name of the color.  I needed this specific color to match the trim on the house and keep the HOA satisfied.  I was led to believe by the technician that the door could be ordered and installed fairly quickly.  After waiting six weeks and not hearing from Precision I contacted customer service.  My contact information was forwarded to the manager servicing my order.  He did call back the same day, and I learned the door had been painted the wrong color.  I could not use this color because of HOA restrictions.  The manager assured me that he would expedite this new order and call back no later than the following week with an update.  I never heard back from this manager.  I have called customer service two more times trying to get information on the status of my order.  No one has contacted me.  I have no written conformation for this order after paying a $2200 deposit.  The invoice I was emailed from Precision contains no information.  The description of work is blank and total due and balance due are all $0.  I did call customer service requesting a receipt for the deposit and received the same as what was as shown on the invoice. Reputable businesses provide written confirmation of transactions, and do not treat customers this way.

So thankful Mike was able to come out on a Saturday to fix my garage door retainer. He was polite and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He was upfront about the cost and what he was going to do. The job got done right and I am able to not worry about anything coming under my garage door. Thank you again Mike. Precision Garage Door Service Is lucky to have you working for them. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Replaced lithium battery in remote but door opener did not work and would not Learn a new code. I tried new battery flipped both ways. So, I stupidly cleared codes but then my inside coded wall opener wouldnt work and RF signal to Learn new code didn't take. Figured it had to need a new circuit board but called Precision to verify. They troubleshooted and found same problems. Since my wall control had slightly dim light on key pad tried new battery and it worked. Tried remote also with battery turned around and now they both work. What are chances BOTH batteries (different types) go out at same time so it was hard to troubleshoot. Mike was on time, patient in troubleshooting and only charged $60 service fee since only needed a 9 volt battery for keypad which is standard and very fair. He saved me from ordering a new circuit board to replace. So replace batteries even when they appear to be working (lighting) on your keypad

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the garage door technician Mr. Cameron, Ware. From the moment the appointment was scheduled through the completion of the work. The experience was professional, efficient, and courteous. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnose. The issue, clearly explained the repair options and answered all questions with patience and expertise. The quality of the work was exceptional. The repair was completed efficiently, and the technician took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving the attention to detail knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire visit What stood out most was Mr. Ware’s professionalism, and friendly attitude. It is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about delivering excellent service and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Mr. Ware to anyone in need of garage door service. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the results

OVERALL EXPERIENCE (THIS NEED): Extremely poor customer service as they do NOT do follow-up calls or call when previously scheduled for equipment/installation info update. After waiting multiple days AFTER my previous (and multiple) scheduled phone call updates, I was always the one initiating the update from Precision. It also took Precision multiple days before showing up to review my problem and then, on day of scheduled show, wanted to cancel my appointment; I balked and someone showed up later that day.....was told by field service, this delay much less last-minute cancellation should never have happened. Excellent field/installation services. Too bad field services cannot take over customer service work in the future. Not a happy repeat customer (current and last house) this time.

Its already a bad day when you call Precision because it means one of your garage doors is having an issue; such was the case last Monday when I got home and saw one of the springs was busted. I jumped on their website and had an appointment within minutes; when I had to call later in the week and request a change, they accommodated me right away. On appointment day, they arrived on time, conducted an inspection, gave me options on the repair with a recommendation, and then did the job. David, the technician was extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

Jon showed up on time and was very professional. One thing I value when acquiring services is for my technician to listen to what I think is the problem and troubleshoot it before upselling me instantly. Jon met my expectations and understood the reward for good work is more work! Thanks

I was able to book an appointment online for the same day and they promptly came in the afternoon. Cameron listened to me when I explained the problem I was having with the door opening completely and the keypad not working. He took time to explain to me what needed to be done, was very courteous, fixed the garage issue, and replaced the keypad. The door and keypad are not working perfectly. I will call Precision Garage Door Service in the future if I ever have any issues with my doors.

Great price Professional, local, same day service. Jon Szkola fixed my door in a flash and did not try to oversell me. In addition to the repair, the mechanism was tuned and noises eliminated. This is a top rated company in Woodbridge, with good reason. Well done.

I have been manually lifting my garage for several years. The misses refused to go into the garage. I just wanted my door opener repaired....Mr. Hunter Davis gave me his professional opinion on the whole garage system. My system was 19years old. He changed everything out and gave me a well-needed upgrade in about 2 hours. I am so grateful for his expertise and wonderful conversation. He did not leave until every one of my questions were answered, which put me at ease. Thank you, Precision and most of all for Mr Davis. JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the different options available to us and it was nice that he had every option available in the truck so there was no need for ordering parts, etc. We would highly recommend Precision and Jon S.!
