We called for a garage door tune up. The technician was prompt and personable. He looked at the situation, gave us an estimate and then did the work. He allowed us to test the work several times and it was done well. While I was away for a bit, apparently the spring, which he had tightened broke so that on coming home I was not able to get in the garage. I called and they reacted very quickly to have him come back and fix the broken spring. The spring was about 15 years old and so we were not surprised that it broke. The company was very responsive to our needs and did great work.

We recently had Precision Door Service out for a garage door repair, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment through their website was quick and easy. On the day of the appointment, the technicians, Justin A. and his teammate, called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, which I really appreciated. From the moment they arrived, they were dressed professionally, extremely respectful, and walked me through everything they were doing each step of the way. They worked cleanly and thoroughly, even double-checking each other’s work to ensure everything was done right. Their attention to detail and teamwork gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. They made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up and even offered to answer any remaining questions or go over anything again. On top of that, they provided helpful suggestions to further improve the performance of our garage door, going above and beyond expectations. What stood out the most was their positive attitude. Excellent service. Justin, my technician was on time near the start of the window I was given, called me to let me know he was on the way, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He professionally installed the new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers that were all broken or badly worn. Then tested and tweaked the installation until the door was moving smoothly. Great job!

Pleasure to do business with. Arrived within the time window scheduled. Had a same day appointment available. While the initial price wasn't what I wanted to pay. Matthew was able to quickly work out a reasonable price with his office and addressed all the issues with the door, 45 minutes later the door was fixed. I'd had two other service repair companies out in the last two years with no success and he figured it out in 5 minutes. The quality of the parts was much better than what he removed. Great experience overall, highly recommended.

The Precision Garage Door technician Matt was excellent! He called to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Matt went over everything that needed repairing and/or replacing, provided prices and discussed what was best for my current budget. He was able to offer and provide preventative repairs within my price range, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.
