Jon let me know when he would be arriving. Very courteous. He let me know the work that he was going to perform. Very professional. He checked out the whole system and gave me good advice on what to do if I had any other problems with the garage door.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE (THIS NEED): Extremely poor customer service as they do NOT do follow-up calls or call when previously scheduled for equipment/installation info update. After waiting multiple days AFTER my previous (and multiple) scheduled phone call updates, I was always the one initiating the update from Precision. It also took Precision multiple days before showing up to review my problem and then, on day of scheduled show, wanted to cancel my appointment; I balked and someone showed up later that day.....was told by field service, this delay much less last-minute cancellation should never have happened. Excellent field/installation services. Too bad field services cannot take over customer service work in the future. Not a happy repeat customer (current and last house) this time.

Its already a bad day when you call Precision because it means one of your garage doors is having an issue; such was the case last Monday when I got home and saw one of the springs was busted. I jumped on their website and had an appointment within minutes; when I had to call later in the week and request a change, they accommodated me right away. On appointment day, they arrived on time, conducted an inspection, gave me options on the repair with a recommendation, and then did the job. David, the technician was extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

I was able to book an appointment online for the same day and they promptly came in the afternoon. Cameron listened to me when I explained the problem I was having with the door opening completely and the keypad not working. He took time to explain to me what needed to be done, was very courteous, fixed the garage issue, and replaced the keypad. The door and keypad are not working perfectly. I will call Precision Garage Door Service in the future if I ever have any issues with my doors.

We called for a garage door tune up. The technician was prompt and personable. He looked at the situation, gave us an estimate and then did the work. He allowed us to test the work several times and it was done well. While I was away for a bit, apparently the spring, which he had tightened broke so that on coming home I was not able to get in the garage. I called and they reacted very quickly to have him come back and fix the broken spring. The spring was about 15 years old and so we were not surprised that it broke. The company was very responsive to our needs and did great work.
