Excellent Experience from Start to Finish. Had a failed torsion spring over a weekend and scheduled an appointment online at the next open window. Hunter arrived on time, introduced himself, explained the process in detail at all steps of the inspection and repair and provided multiple options. He completed the repairs very quickly and efficiently and was incredibly polite and professional. The door now works and is running quieter than before. Will happily use Precision in the future and refer them to others.

This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The Technician, Cameron, arrived early (he called first to ask if that was OK), explained the process, inspected the door, gave the quote, and then repaired the door. Cameron was friendly and polite and gave us some maintenance pointers before he left. I wish all service technicians were this professional.

Great company!! Called early in the morning as my spring snapped and cars were trapped in the garage. Talked with Suzanne, who quickly got us setup with Max for an appointment. Max arrived early and diagnosed the issues with our door and provided recommendations that were clearly needed. Within about 2-1/4 hours the work was completed and we could not believe the difference in the operation of the door. Soooo smooth and quiet, just as Max had indicated. Max did impeccable work , at the highest quality. Highly recommend Precision's work. They have a great team working for them!!!!

We called Sunday, you came Monday afternoon, replaced spring sets for both doors, installed keypad and we were set. Very professional, got a detailed inspection of both doors and was happy to receive honest appraisal of necessary repairs. Great service! Initial call was for garage door opener repair on a very old Lift Master unit. Unit needed to be replaced, as well as old springs and cables. I decided to get new rollers too at the last minute. Technician, Matt (Matthew), was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad the other "local" garage door repair shop never returned my phone call. Will definitely use Precision for all my Garage/Garage Door Opener needs.
