Call Prescision Door because my remotes would not work. Jon was able to program it but the motor started to smoke. The system was 18 years old and suspected it needed replacement. Jon replaced it and was very helpful in programming it to my new car. Jon was very pleasant and explained everything to me when he finished. I would recommend them for any work on your garage doors.

Justin was truly professional…I received messages two days prior to his visit, the morning of his visit and when he was about 20 minutes out. He conducted a detail inspection of my door, checked my motor, and inspected my springs as well. He showed me the old rollers and pointed out my problem. As he was completing my bill he noticed that I was a veteran and included the veterans discount. Tech...Justin arrived earlier than originally scheduled....thank you. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Completed project within an hour. My disappointment is: I was quoted on the phone a price ranging from $130-$300 to replace torsion spring. When viewing with Justin the repair he indicated that indeed I needed the torsion spring replaced and it was $300. I said ok. 19-15 minutes later he ask me to review the estimate and explained that I needed a bearing that was $99 additional. I agreed to the work but am not happy that after being told when I called and again initially by Justin a cost of $300, that a wheel bearing was needed at a additional cost of $99. I feel $383 to replace a torsion spring was excessive.
