The engagement to design and price our garage doors went very well. Garrett was very helpful and worked with us when we decided to change the door design after he had already provided prior information. The whole process thus far has been great with Precision garage doors. Garrett has been our only interface with the company and he has been great to work with on our project. I will add to this review once the doors are installed.

Very good experience with Precision. Need to have garage door repaired on New Year's Day. Called at 3:00 and had a technician (Justin) at my home by 4:30. Received a clear and reasonable estimate. Technician explained each repair item. Repairs were done within the hour and I am pleased with the results.

I had to have a whole new motor replaced. Cameron was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He gave me options to what was available. I’m amazed that everything he needed was on the truck and he was able to complete the job the same day as the assessment. Very courteous and polite! This is the second time I have worked with Precision and both technicians (Kevin and Cameron) were so professional and friendly. I highly recommend This company to anyone in Northern Virginia!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Max was on time, very courteous, and offered a full explanation of the repair options at my disposal. I will definately call Precision again if I need garage door repair and plan to call them for additional maintenance I will need in the future.

Had a great experience with Precision. Max was my technician and called me to let me know when he would arrive and showed up exactly on the appointment time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything he looks at, what needed repair and what was still in good shape. Had my door functioning better than it was within 24 hours of calling in.

Have had trouble for several months off and on with garage door not opening or closing properly. Technician replaced sensors and did a complete check on everything before I signed off on repairs. This place is a total scam! Charged me $85, to tell me they needed $644 to fix my door. Called another company which fixed my door for half that amount. Door works great now.

We found Precision Doors in the Yellow Pages shortly after the torsion spring on our garage door snapped. We called first thing in the morning and were given an appointment window for that same morning. We were sent an email with the name of the technician scheduled to repair our garage door. Jason, our technician, did a great job. He arrived well within the specified window and completed the job early. Jason was very professional: he ensured that I knew what he was doing every step of the way, what I would need to do to adequately maintain our repaired door, and that the work site was thoroughly cleaned. Thanks for prompt and quality service.

My appointment was scheduled first thing the next morning. Jim arrive right on time, inspected the door and made very logical recommendations. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and ensured the door was balanced. He also gave me tips on how to keep the door in good condition.
