Cameron did an excellent job of explaining the repair options, did not make a hard sell one way or another. Once we finalized the repair option that made the most sense, Cameron made the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. Another professional job from an outstanding company. Excellent service and courteous technician who explained repair and costs in advance. However, charging more than 4 times the actual cost of parts (springs in my case) is simply not fair to your customers. I agreed to proceed with the service only because I did not want to delay the repair. You will lose customers in the long run with such markups and it will detract from your otherwise good service.

Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....
