We had previously used Precision Garage Door to replace two garage door openers and we were very happy with their service. We needed to replace springs, cables, and roller bearings this time, so we called Precision again. Scheduling was efficient and communication was very good. Kyler showed up on time and prepared with a well-stocked work van. After a quick inspection and quote which we approved, he got to work on the replacements. He was professional and left our garage completely clean. Hopefully we won’t need any more work on our garage doors, but if we do, we will absolutely call Precision again!

Excellent service and courteous technician who explained repair and costs in advance. However, charging more than 4 times the actual cost of parts (springs in my case) is simply not fair to your customers. I agreed to proceed with the service only because I did not want to delay the repair. You will lose customers in the long run with such markups and it will detract from your otherwise good service.
