For a 15 min job, I paid $200....$125 service fee...just to come to my house and a $79 maint fee....and all the person did was tighten up and lube things...he tried to say I needed a new bar connecting the garage door to the door opener (for steel doors) ...I said no, & your company installed my garage door opener in the first place, why did they install the bar I have??...then he told me my sensors were too high...no one has ever told me that and your company has done all my prior services...not a great service for the price....

I provided the pricing and preventative maintenance information in writing, which you approved and proceeded to schedule. Your inspection reports over the past several years reflect each technician stating the ORB (operator reinforcement bracket) was missing and the recommendation was included each time in an estimate. While our records do not show an invoice for installing a new operator, we did replace the battery backup in 2019. Again, our apologies for not meeting your expectations as this is contrary to the service we strive to provide each and every day for our customers. We contacted Precision because of a broken cable on our garage door. We were surprised to learn that the main spring snapped in two causing the cable failure. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and superb service provided by Max. He did a thorough inspection of the door and recommended that we change out the rollers as well. The door works like a champ. Very impressed with Precision overall. They kept us posted with email notifications and provided information about each of their service providers so that we would recognize the tech when they arrived. Excellent service and value! Thank you! Will highly recommend Precision to others.

Customer service was great. I Emailed Precision Thursday night, they called me Friday. They had an opening on Sunday from 12-2. The technician called within that window to say he was 15 minutes out. He replaced the broken spring and fixed Harry Home Owner mistakes that the last owner of the house made. Would recommend Precision without any hesitation.

Precision implies a degree of accuracy, although Kevin was very competent and professional, arriving after 7pm for a 4-6pm window does not convey precision. I departed work early to ensure I was home by 4pm. As my garage door stood open for hours due to the broken spring, I felt I had no choice but to accept what I felt was a very high charge for this simple replacement. It was after 7pm, 30 degrees and this needed to be done. I received a phone call at 5:55pm to let me know about the late arrival. No compensation nor apology was offered for the tardiness. I did receive an explanation for the late arrival, a “quick” job on the way to my home which turned out to be in McLean, not Burke. I will think again about calling Precision for any additional work at my home.

Not free, but, I got full value for my money. My torsion spring had broken and on cable was snapped. Kind of a Mess. I called and Precision sent a team. I was given 3 distinct price points and solutions ranging from a "make it work again" price point at the low end to a "complete rebuild" point at the top. I am not planning to sell this house anytime in the near future, so I went with the complete rebuild package. Not free, but certainly Full Value for my hard earned cash. My door and its fittings are working like new (maybe better than new). They went over everything and even helped me "reaquire" my outdoor entry pad function. I am very pleased.
