Our spring broke this morning at 8am and we called right away. Cameron was at our house at 10:15 to fix the spring. He was super professional, explained all the options, then got to work and the springs were replaced by 11:15.

Precision door had a technician come out quickly. Max was great to deal with and he explained the garage door issues in detail. He took the time to find the root of our old garage door problems. When my garage door opener suddenly died, I called Precision. They sent a technician that same afternoon. Max couldn't have been more professional, courteous and helpful. He did an expert job installing a new opener, and showed me where the rubber at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced to keep out "critters." He was very careful about disinfecting everything he touched and keeping a safe distance. When he came back to replace the rubber and it was like seeing an old friend who cared about keeping me safe.

Outstanding service. Service was routine maintenance & repair of wiring/controls. Service was transparent, friendly & expeditious. Some things I thought needed replacement were quickly repaired. Estimates were given on damage that should (one day) be addressed, but there was not 'hard sell' at all. There is a veteran discount, which I appreciate. I put Precision in my rolodex.

Our garage door tensions springs had failed and after Kevin inspected the mechanical system of the door, found safety issues and items that I would have overlooked. Fast, fixed it easily, the technicial was really nice, and I liked the upfront pricing. My only issue was that I was charged $69 for other incidentals like "fluid" which was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, super easy. Would recommend again!
