Matt was OUTSTANDING!! He spent the first 10-15 minutes throughly examining the rollers, tracks, springs, bearings and garage door opener. He then provided me a detailed explanation of his findings and recommendations. He patiently listened to all of my questions and gave clear and concise answers to each question. Once Matt completed the agreed to maintenance/repairs, he brought in a small portable blower and cleaned the entire garage floor. I have complete confidence that all maintenance/repairs were necessary and that they were performed by a true professional. I know that when it comes time for preventative maintenance or repairs to my garage door systems, I will be calling Precision and request Matt as the Technician!!

Mr. Kyler arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and provided estimates for each. On top of all that, I called Mr. Kyler, the wrong name the whole time. He never corrected me even as I introduced him as the wrong name to two other people. He just continue to service my garage door with a smile. Thank you!!! (my aplogies)

Great, friendly same-day service! Absolutely recommended for any garage door and garage opener repairs! Our technician Patrick, did a fantastic job. He called to let me know when he was near, which is SO much better than the typical 'wait game' with other home repairs. Once at the home, he quickly diagnosed the issues and provided two solid recommendations on how to proceed, a Best option and a Good option. He allowed me time, w/out pressure, to choose while answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend Precision - great service, great people!

Called to get an estimate to repair one of our garage doors. The spring on the garage door broke and it was not possible to easily manually open the garage door or open the garage with the opener. Precision Garage sent out a technician the very next day. The technician was very professional and extremely helpful in outlining our options to have the door repaired. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed answers to my questions on the pros and cons of each option. At NO time was there a hard sell to go with any one of the options - just very factual information. I highly recommend Precision Garage for anyone needing repairs or service to their garage door systems. Well done!!!!

I had used this company years ago and was very impressed. This time was just as impressive. The technician was able to come the day I called and was on time. He made the necessary repairs because he had the necessary parts on his truck, and made some recommendations for the future. It was a good experience and I will call them again when needed.

Patrick and Max came out for my service call. Patrick was training Max. Max did the work with Patrick’s guidance while Patrick answered questions. They did exceptional work, answered any and all questions, while providing humor and honest opinions on future services. Spring repair; broken torsion spring. My technician (Corey) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. He thoroughly briefed me on the results of his inspection of my door, and developed 3 different quotes for levels of service. I elected to have my torsion bar bearing replaced in addition to my torsion springs, as well as a full lubrication service. While I can't speak to the competitiveness of the pricing, I can say that the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.

You can tell he has done this before and we felt very confident that he knew what he was talking about and we trusted his recommendations. His job looks like artwork on our ceiling!!! All wires in order and the unit looks just like we expected. Installed by a PROFESSIONAL!! Great Job Kevin!! I would not hesitate a moment to use this company.

We had Precision Door come out to give us an estimate on fixing a broken spring in our garage door. My wife was home when they arrived and she immediately felt like she was getting the condescending “this woman won’t know if we are overcharging her” sales pitch. She was told that because of the proprietary lift system that the CHEAPEST option to get the door operable again was going to be over $800. There were *no* other options given. She told them no thank you. We later had multiple quotes given to us and *every single quote* was under $300. Needless to say we went with another service and now have a fully functional garage door for ONE THIRD the minimum cost we were quoted by Precision. And Precision’s $85 service call fee adds insult to injury. We had to pay them $85 to come out to our home and try to rip us off. I wouldn’t recommend Precision if they were the last garage door service on Earth. I’d rather live with a broken garage door than give these crooks a penny.
