First, the customer service attitude by Tyler on Sunday was superb. He understood the problem and set up an appointment for Monday between 10:30am and 1:00pm. I received both a text and email confirming the date and time. Now for the one negative: at 1:40 pm on Monday, I had not had a call, text, or email telling me the service was delayed, so I called the office. "Cheyenne" was helpful, and said it appeared that my appointment had been moved to 1:30pm-3:30pm. I replied, "it would have been nice to let me know."At 3:34pm, I was called by Hunter Davis, the technician, who said he was on the way. Hunter arrived at 4:00pm. Hunter quickly assessed the situation, prepared an estimate, discussed the process and we settled on the course of action. Hunter was professional, he kept me informed of his progress, and did an outstanding job. I was totally satisfied with his performance, and would use him again. The four star rating (and not five) is solely based on the office not letting me know of the schedule adjustment.

I was completely happy with the service provided by Brandon Vera. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. I had to call him again after his first visit because I was still having issues with my opener. He quickly solved the problem and he didn't seem to mind that I had him come back. Precision Garage Door Service was here yesterday! Texted them in the morning and they told me they would be here this afternoon. The tech showed up and repaired the electrical problem . I was pleased with the service to replace my wall unit. Cameron did a good job in fixing my issue. My main concern is how the company handles pricing of services. Cameron told me he would do the inspection of the unit which would take about 15 mins. When I came back to check on him about 10 mins later her was in the truck talking on phone discussing replacement part for my wall unit. He told me during his inspection he saw some issues, but didn’t elaborate on these issues & he didn’t do anything regarding these issues. When he was finished replacing my wall unit, he gave me my invoice total & I paid. When I received invoice by email I saw I was charged $65 for preventative maintenance which he did not do. The $85 charge for the visit only includes the inspection & labor for the visit. I attempted to resolve the discrepancy on the $65 charge with the company, but was denied as they said work was done & I agreed for representative to continue work. I do recommend this company for your garage door needs, but also recommend you witness everything the representative does during the visit.

Cameron completed the 25 point safety inspection as well as the preventative maintenance, and was on the phone with the owner discussing which wall console would be best. It is our policy to review and approve all work before we begin. When you reached out to our office with your concern, I offered to have Cameron call to discuss further and explain what was included in the preventative maintenance service, but you declined. Responsive service, excellent job- on time and efficient repair. The garage door was badly in need of service and adjustment, had become erratic in remote control and manual button operation and was excessively noisy. Max's inspection quickly diagnosed the problems to include motor gear issues. He fully explained the repairs and cost which were very reasonable. He offered suggestions to improve performance (and quietness) and quickly completed the repairs and service. Excellent outcome. Highly recommend this company and Max.

Excellent in every way. Responded quickly to emergency broken spring incident. Great customer support began on phone with Suzanne, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She's the reason I selected Precision over other vendors. Patrick, the technician, arrived on time (actually, early) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions accurately and made excellent recommendations. Patrick installed new springs, opener, remote keypad and rollers, and did a thorough overhaul of the entire system. Repair was done expertly and quickly. The system is now better than it ever was.

Tech arrived a little earlier than I was told. He show me three options. I made my selection and thought he would do the install sometime next week. To my surprise he say no install is today. The technician was prompt, helpful and very polite. However my problem did not get solved. The home office did not relay the garage door information that I supplied to the technician. He did not have the parts on hand to repair the door. I called two weeks in advance to give plenty of time to order parts. I explained this quite clearly when I made the appointment. This was very disappointing and now I am back to square one.
