I was very satisfied with your company's service on many levels. Thank-you for assigning Max to inspect and determine the right course of action necessary to fix my garage door problem. He explained my options and skillfully fixed the problem with new parts and preventative maintenance. I was impressed with his friendliness and attention to detail. Excellent professionalism!!

Max was fantastic. Arriving on a very windy and cold day, he was determined to finish the job by working late. He did a great job, eased my concerns about potential problems, and gave good solutions for other problems. And it was all done at a reasonable price.

She explained the fees up front, so when I compared my prices given by her with Jim's while at my house, they matched up perfect! No hidden charges or surprise charges. Exactly what was quoted.
