I searched on-line for a contractor and found Precision. Read their consistently very-good reviews and with their easy online scheduling app created a suitable appointment. Precision alerted me to the scheduled Tech (Kyler). Kyler showed up on time and immediately presented himself as confident and professional. Kyler quickly went to work to present me with a knowledgable quote with options included. I accepted the quote and Kyler went back to work to complete the 2-spring replacement as well as replacing a needed part for the Genie opener. Job was completed and overall results are terrific. A certain component of the replacement was not required and Kyler reduced the price/quote accordingly. I highly recommend Kyler for the job he did and for the overall team-work provided by Kyler and Precision.

The technician Garrett Easley was very polite, pleasant, friendly and professional. He assessed the issues on our garage doors and had the parts in his van to fix them with. He made the repairs with precision and in a timely manner. The price was also very reasonable. The service could not have been better...absolutely impeccable.

The spring broke on a Saturday morning (of course!) and the closest service provider was closed until Monday. I found Precision's website and they looked almost too good to be true. Full services available on the weekend at no extra charge, great reviews but I called to check for myself. The lady I spoke with (Linda?) was great, answered all my questions and got a tech scheduled for Sunday morning. They sent an email confirming the appointment and then a text when Matt was on the way. The text had his picture and and nice bio with professional and personal info which really helped to set a positive tone. Matt was outstanding in every respect. He arrived on time in a branded truck (not some white unmarked van), introduced himself and we went over the problem. He then accomplished an inspection to determine the work scope and provided a detailed breakdown and the charges. In addition to the spring replacement, I had preventive maintenance done on both doors. Matt was quick and thorough and now both doors work better and are smoother and quiter. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all our service needs.

Travis and Kyler worked on replacing my door motors and some hardware. After 24 years of service the old hardware was showing it's age and it was great to get new wifi connected motors for them. Kyler and Travis were very friendly and they made the process easy to understand and hassle free. Great techs and I would be happy to have either of them service my doors in the future.

Called the company and two hours the later the tech was at the door the same day. Cameron was our Tech and did a great job. Appreciate his efforts and professionalism fixing our garage door. He gave us all the options for us to make the right decision. We were also misquoted for the price of the job and Cameron came back to fix it saving us $100s. We will hire them again!

My garage door opener only needed a $15 part replaced. Precision was only interested in selling me a new garage door opener. I ordered the part online and replaced myself in under 30 mins. Feels as though I paid $125 for a sales pitch.

Good morning. I think the technicians and the customer support was easy to work with. However, when I called the HQ call center they were not helpful with pricing and/or warranty - they stated the technician would be able to provide those details. Those items should be clearly communicated on your website. Also, I was expecting a local Loudoun county or NOVA technician - paying $125 trip charge is ridiculous and the amount of time to fix the door was less than an hour for $540 total - worse I had to pay extra ($40)for having the door lubed and checked. I doubt I will refer anyone I know back to Precision due to the overall cost.

Arrived when promised and I told the technician Kevin the problem along with a short history of the garage door not being used for twelve years. He explained what he needed to do and I agreed and after installing a new spring ask me for the owners manual and made all the fine tuning adjustments. Works better then ever...and no more "jumping" when you hit hit the open button. Terrific job!
