This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The Technician, Cameron, arrived early (he called first to ask if that was OK), explained the process, inspected the door, gave the quote, and then repaired the door. Cameron was friendly and polite and gave us some maintenance pointers before he left. I wish all service technicians were this professional.

Precision actually had weekend appointments available. Scheduling was easy online and David arrived toward the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and did a complete and thorough inspection of the door. He was patient while explaining what needed and should be done to get the door working again and keep it working. He completed to work quickly and cleaned up when done. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will definitely reach out again when my other door needs service or repair.

On the day of the appointment, the technicians, Justin A. and his teammate, called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, which I really appreciated. From the moment they arrived, they were dressed professionally, extremely respectful, and walked me through everything they were doing each step of the way. They worked cleanly and thoroughly, even double-checking each other’s work to ensure everything was done right. Call precision, garage doors Thursday morning. They were able to send a technician out Thursday afternoon. Justin showed up was very courteous and professional. They replaced my garage door opener had questions about its operation and they sent Hunter out Friday afternoon again very courteous and professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions did an excellent job above and beyond would 100% recommend this company for any and all garage door needs you may have

Precision Garage Door Services (Waynesboro) was genuinely professional in all respects. The technical (Jon) is a congenial, courteous, and most of all technically competent. We collaboratively discussed the condition of my garage opener and the garage door springs (both over 13 years old) and decided to replace the opener and the springs. Jon was very patient in answering every one of my many questions in a grounded, real world manner. If graded on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (superb), I would rate this a well deserved 10.
