Your call representative was very professional and understanding and looked at available times to schedule my appointment as soon as possible for which I was/am grateful! Kyler showed up on time, as I was told, assessed my problem, offered solutions and fixed my issue. He also explained the parts and needed repairs. Outstanding technician Mr.Tyler, he is very educated, knowledgeable of his craft repairing our door. Your company has a nice staff over the telephone while coordinating my appointment and made sure I understand due to my hearing impairment. I was surprised by tool technician Kyler used while adjusting the windings on the pressure spring. Never seen one, and that is safety. Thank you!!!

Hunter provided outstanding customer services and clearly articulated the various options. He took his time to explain the benefits and potential risk of each repair option. He went above and beyond, spending several hours to make finite adjustments to the door after the repair. Garage door is operating better than ever! What a pleasure to have John repair my garage door opener. He diagnosed the issue, and made be the repair. When that didn’t solve the problem, he continued to troubleshoot eventually finding the issue. He explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions. Precision Garage Door Service of Fredericksburg Mr. Hunter Davis is an exceptional Precision Garage Door Technician. Very courteous, quiet, and industrious. He essentially rebuilt my Prince William County, 20-year old, double garage door in less than 2 hours for a reasonable price. And, his work looked professional!

I called first thing this morning and they had someone out same day by 3 o’clock. John was our technician and he was outstanding. He fixed the problem in less than an hour was courteous kind and a real gentleman. I will always use this company in the future for either replacement or repair.

We had previously used Precision Garage Door to replace two garage door openers and we were very happy with their service. We needed to replace springs, cables, and roller bearings this time, so we called Precision again. Scheduling was efficient and communication was very good. Kyler showed up on time and prepared with a well-stocked work van. After a quick inspection and quote which we approved, he got to work on the replacements. He was professional and left our garage completely clean. Hopefully we won’t need any more work on our garage doors, but if we do, we will absolutely call Precision again!

We called for a garage door tune up. The technician was prompt and personable. He looked at the situation, gave us an estimate and then did the work. He allowed us to test the work several times and it was done well. While I was away for a bit, apparently the spring, which he had tightened broke so that on coming home I was not able to get in the garage. I called and they reacted very quickly to have him come back and fix the broken spring. The spring was about 15 years old and so we were not surprised that it broke. The company was very responsive to our needs and did great work.

Precision Garage Door Services (Waynesboro) was genuinely professional in all respects. The technical (Jon) is a congenial, courteous, and most of all technically competent. We collaboratively discussed the condition of my garage opener and the garage door springs (both over 13 years old) and decided to replace the opener and the springs. Jon was very patient in answering every one of my many questions in a grounded, real world manner. If graded on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (superb), I would rate this a well deserved 10. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The Technician, Cameron, arrived early (he called first to ask if that was OK), explained the process, inspected the door, gave the quote, and then repaired the door. Cameron was friendly and polite and gave us some maintenance pointers before he left. I wish all service technicians were this professional.
