Sunday afternoon and my garage door remote was no longer working. I called Precision Garage door with low hopes of having anyone come out and with every expectation of paying a premium for Sunday service. Well, I was wrong on both counts - the service was excellent and Matt - who was awesome and extremely professional - showed up quickly and didn't charge me at all! He pointed out that painters we had earlier in the week accidentally "locked" the garage door. He was only here for 10 minutes or so, but he left a strong positive impression - would definitely call Precision Garage door again!

This was the second time that we successfully utilized the services of Precision to assist us. When a spring snapped on one of our garage doors, Matt came and fixed it. It has worked well ever since. This time, the other spring snapped. Kyler Pooler came and fixed the spring. Mr. Pooler was most pleasant and efficient. He also checked the overall system and recommended that we should replace the 20+ year old motor mechanism. Fortunately, he had the equipment necessary to make this repair as well.

Appointment was easy to make. The technician arrived during the provided window. They texted a photo ahead of time, a great security feature. Matt took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong, and all available options to remediate with no pressure to upsale. Once I gave the okay, he completed the work immediately as his van was fully stocked. My door was like new! Great experience, I highly recommend.

Called on a Friday and the tech was here on Sunday. Justin Arnold called to see if he could come early which was fine. He arrived and after explaining my problem with the door, he went right to work. Justin arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in his assessment of the problem with my door. He explained the situation with the door and gave me the option of a temporary repair or replacement. He did not try and sell me a door that I did not need and explained the option of replacement. I chose to replace the door due to the fact that in the future I would have to replace it. I was very pleased with the outcome and was very satisfied. I chose to use Precision due to the quality of service I received on a prior service visit.

Today, Matt came over to do a maintenance check and look at my garage unit that was hit by the power surge. He ran his maintenance check to ensure the door integrity is in fine working order and check the inside of the garage opener to ensure it worked as it should. He set the settings and make sure all components work! At the end in his post detail findings there are no major problems, and also made recommendation what I need to do to make sure my garage unit can last long whenever I need it service again. Once again, Precision Door is my go to group for all my garage work! Will do business again.

Travis and Kyler worked on replacing my door motors and some hardware. After 24 years of service the old hardware was showing it's age and it was great to get new wifi connected motors for them. Kyler and Travis were very friendly and they made the process easy to understand and hassle free. Great techs and I would be happy to have either of them service my doors in the future.

Our garage door stopped working last November. You were quick to respond and we had the door repaired that weekend. Your technician was prompt and professional. Excellent company. I contacted them when the cable on my (old) garage door opener snapped. They could not come out immediately, but we scheduled for one week out. The technician, Justin, is awesome. He contacted us before he came out on the scheduled day. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Gave us option of repairing cable or purchasing a new unit. Another company didn't even offer this, saying it was too old. We replaced it as it was 20+ years old. We signed the agreement, and he immediately began installation. When the unit was installed, he took the time to walk me through setting up the Wifi feature. Said we can contact him with any more questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.
