Tech was on time, polite, professional and knowledgable. I replied to the e-estimate asking about having my door opener replaced and the company has not replied in weeks. I was also busy so hopefully they will reach out and schedule soon.

Tech...Justin arrived earlier than originally scheduled....thank you. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Completed project within an hour. My disappointment is: I was quoted on the phone a price ranging from $130-$300 to replace torsion spring. When viewing with Justin the repair he indicated that indeed I needed the torsion spring replaced and it was $300. I said ok. 19-15 minutes later he ask me to review the estimate and explained that I needed a bearing that was $99 additional. I agreed to the work but am not happy that after being told when I called and again initially by Justin a cost of $300, that a wheel bearing was needed at a additional cost of $99. I feel $383 to replace a torsion spring was excessive.

The work and professionalism is always great. Patrick is very helpful. I was disappointed that management charged me the full service fee when the team was around the corner and it took less than 2 mins to straighten a crimped wire. For the money I spent 13 mos ago I expected some consideration

So far so Great! We called this morning, made an appointment, had the work done (spring and strut), and all was completed by the end of the day. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is we figure we should make sure all stays well for a few hours!

Kevin the installer was excellent, and i would have rated you 5 stars if i just interacted with him. Your front office however has problems. Matt the scheduler was not as proactive as he should been which cost me a week more of a non- functioning garage door than it should have. and when i called the main number and could not be connected to Matt because he didn't answer, the young lady said i could not have his direct number because it was "against company policy". You've got to be kidding! Change this!

My experience with Precision was a good one. The appointment was easy to make and the technician arrived within the time frame that the operator said he would be there. The technician was knowledgable, quickly explained the repair I needed, he had the right equipment with him and lastly, completed the job without any "surprises".

Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....

Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well. The technician was a bit later than the proposed time but with the traffic woes I could understand. I am satisfied overall.

Prompt, timely, and quick service (less than 24 hours) to repair broken springs that would not allow me to raise the garage door to use my cars. Only concern was the cost to replace the springs; otherwise, great service.

Fast, fixed it easily, the technicial was really nice, and I liked the upfront pricing. My only issue was that I was charged $69 for other incidentals like "fluid" which was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, super easy. Would recommend again!

I called your company late Thursday (right around 5:00 pm) and was pleasantly surprised to get a live person. I normally make several calls for service but I didn't after I spoke to Sean. He provided great customer service. He knew exactly what I needed and was very professional. Equally important, he said he could have someone out next day. Technician came out and fixed my garage by noon Friday. No drama. Great service.

First, the customer service attitude by Tyler on Sunday was superb. He understood the problem and set up an appointment for Monday between 10:30am and 1:00pm. I received both a text and email confirming the date and time. Now for the one negative: at 1:40 pm on Monday, I had not had a call, text, or email telling me the service was delayed, so I called the office. "Cheyenne" was helpful, and said it appeared that my appointment had been moved to 1:30pm-3:30pm. I replied, "it would have been nice to let me know."At 3:34pm, I was called by Hunter Davis, the technician, who said he was on the way. Hunter arrived at 4:00pm. Hunter quickly assessed the situation, prepared an estimate, discussed the process and we settled on the course of action. Hunter was professional, he kept me informed of his progress, and did an outstanding job. I was totally satisfied with his performance, and would use him again. The four star rating (and not five) is solely based on the office not letting me know of the schedule adjustment.
