Kevin T's performance was outstanding in every respect. He was able to arrive for the job earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem with our door in minutes, and promptly provided two options for the door's repair. Once he had our decision, he executed the repairs quickly, correctly and professionally. It was good experience all around, and I'll definitely call on Kevin again in the future.

I want you to know personally how happy we are with the service provided by KEVIN- he came in and made the door hum like it never did before- in the past 25 years. This was a perfect repair. Garage door spring broke late Friday. Called Precision next morning at about 8. Very nice scheduler set up an appointment for between 11 & 3. Patrick arrived about noon, inspected the door, gave options to fix and tune the door. He then replaced both spring and pulleys and was done by about 3. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with his repair. Very professional. I would recommend Precision.
