Our service Tech Brandon showed up right on time and completed his assessment of the damaged garage door and unfortunately as I suspected the garage door had been damaged before we purchased the home and repaired and that repair had failed so we are going to need a new garage door. Brandon explained all our options and provided me with a non binding estimate for a new door at my request and then set up an appointment with the sales team to come out and provide us with options a firm proposal. I was very pleased with the level of service I got from Brandon. While he was not able to repair the damaged door he took a lot of time to explain why and our future options.

Justin and his assistant Cameron performed an outstanding job of a complete new installation of our garage door opener. In a 2-hour period, they immediately recognized that the existing system was completely broken and replaced it with a highly efficient new system. There was no hesitation in diagnosing the problem. I am very satisfied with their efforts and highly recommend them for any new garage door repairs or replacements.

When I called, I was very specific for an estimate and to be sent directly to me via email because I would be away. My husband isn't able to make a decision about the garage issue. Instead the technician gives him a quote and asked my husband, whose not very clear-headed right now, if he wanted the work down. My husband was confused and gave consent. And so he does the work, despite my request that it was only for an estimate and that it would be sent to me via email. I had received a quote that was $800 from another company. The tech charged my husband $1555.00. Then the technician tells my husband that if he doesn't receive an email with the receipt right away, it will take 2-3 days to give it to him. I came home and found out all that had happened. I was never given the quote via email, and was concerned who this person is because he now has our credit card info. I called Precision Garage to get the receipt right away because when you pay, you get a receipt right away. And I was able to get the receipt. I feel like we have been taken advantage of, especially my husband's inability to make a decision, and I made it clear that the guy coming was only to give me an estimate.

I had an excellent experience working with Precision Garage Door from start to finish. When I called your company to discuss my garage door issue, Christie was very professional. She thoroughly explained the products available to solve my problem along with their pricing. She then scheduled a convenient time for your technician to come to my house. When Mathew arrived, I could tell (within a few minutes) this was a guy who knew what he was doing. Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and super thorough with explaining my options. He then proceeded to install a garage door opener and necessary hardware (pullies, springs and rollers) to make my garage door completely operational. He also provided me with advice on how to fix a home repair issue I was having. Overall, Mathew was outstanding! When he left, I could tell my garage door problems were handled by a true professional! I will in the future, highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who asks.

Pleasure to do business with. Arrived within the time window scheduled. Had a same day appointment available. While the initial price wasn't what I wanted to pay. Matthew was able to quickly work out a reasonable price with his office and addressed all the issues with the door, 45 minutes later the door was fixed. I'd had two other service repair companies out in the last two years with no success and he figured it out in 5 minutes. The quality of the parts was much better than what he removed. Great experience overall, highly recommended.

First available appointment was within 36hrs of realizing I needed a repairman. Matt (technician) called prior to scheduled appointment and was on time. He was thorough in his evaluation and made the needed repairs, replacing springs and cables. Matt ensured garage door closed like new when he was done Would recommend.
