I have been manually lifting my garage for several years. The misses refused to go into the garage. I just wanted my door opener repaired....Mr. Hunter Davis gave me his professional opinion on the whole garage system. My system was 19years old. He changed everything out and gave me a well-needed upgrade in about 2 hours. I am so grateful for his expertise and wonderful conversation. He did not leave until every one of my questions were answered, which put me at ease. Thank you, Precision and most of all for Mr Davis. JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Prior to the purchase of our new house, the home inspector told us that there was a repair needed in the garage. Not wanting any recurring problems, we contacted Precision Door. Kyler, the technician, pointed out why the visual cues detected by the inspector did not indicate a need for repair. He clearly explained what was happening with the garage and saved us an unneeded expense. When the old garage door eventually does "die," we will contact Precision Door and Kyler. When there was confusion about the fee for the consultation, the customer support and billing department at Precision Door was quick to reply and to set things right. It is refreshing to find vendors you can trust.

All work completed was top block. The service representative was professional and answered all my questions. He also cleaned the area and took any trash with him. This was the second time I have used Precision (for the other door in my garage) that also needed spring replacement. If I had a third door and it needed spring replacement, Precision would be the first call I would make.

My garage door spring snapped late in the day. After searching, Precision Garage hours listed it was still open (until 8pm). I called and spoke to a person to schedule a repair, which they were able to schedule for the next day. Brandon and Bobby (awesome service techs!) called when they were on their way, arrived during the scheduled repair window, assessed my repair, and walked me through the estimate - no hard sale to replace my door system or upsell any parts. Brandon and Bobby made the repairs, tested the door numerous times, cleaned up, walked me through the repairs and had me try the door. Excellent service, I would use them again and recommend Precision Garage Door to others!

I called Precision and I had a very quick response. Justin the tech was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain to me things that I did not even know about the garage door opener and after discussing my issues with the door sensors he proceeded to take care of what may have been the issue with them. Spectacular service. My garage door stoped working on a Saturday. I used their online appointment request, which only took a few minutes and the technician showed up the next day promptly at 9am on Sunday! The technician knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the situation in 15 minutes, explained to me the problems, options and costs in another 10 minutes and completed the work then and there in just a couple of hours. He had all the materials with him and the repairs were extensive (springs, rollers, cables, etc.,), but necessary as all the hardware was very old, broken and rusted. You don’t get service like this around here (Alexandria) very often. If you have garage door issues you won’t go wrong with Precision. A perfect name for the company!
