I would recommend Precision Garage Door at the drop of a dime to anyone with any garage door issues. I was able to get an appointment the same day, Justin showed up a little early which was great, he fixed the problem right away and since this is my first time having a garage, he spent extra time educating me about my system! Everyone I talked to today was super friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The cost to repair and maintenance my system was reasonable. If I have any needs in the future, Precision has my loyalty from here on out!

Your technician, Kyler Pooler, arrived on time. I explained that our garage door opener had stopped working just after that big snowstorm in January. Kyler described the garage door opener options that he had on his truck & explained the differences in functionality with each option. I chose the Lift Master, 3/4 HP & Kyler went to work quickly. He also stopped to point out several other potential issues with my garage door that might arise in the next year or two. I appreciated his attention to detail & his candor. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day and they promptly came in the afternoon. Cameron listened to me when I explained the problem I was having with the door opening completely and the keypad not working. He took time to explain to me what needed to be done, was very courteous, fixed the garage issue, and replaced the keypad. The door and keypad are not working perfectly. I will call Precision Garage Door Service in the future if I ever have any issues with my doors.

In the midst of the snowstorm our garage door left spring broke. We called our original company on Monday and never heard back from them . At 2 pm that day we called precision. They called right back & scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9 am. Garrett arrived on time & was very professional. Prior to the purchase of our new house, the home inspector told us that there was a repair needed in the garage. Not wanting any recurring problems, we contacted Precision Door. Kyler, the technician, pointed out why the visual cues detected by the inspector did not indicate a need for repair. He clearly explained what was happening with the garage and saved us an unneeded expense. When the old garage door eventually does "die," we will contact Precision Door and Kyler. When there was confusion about the fee for the consultation, the customer support and billing department at Precision Door was quick to reply and to set things right. It is refreshing to find vendors you can trust.

The torsion spring on my garage failed after 23 long years of service. Unfortunately, it damaged my door almost beyond repair. Hunter showed up on-site and assessed the damage and took the time to write-up multiple estimates for a replacement door. He answered all my questions and helped me make a decision on which door would work best for my home. He went out of his way to put band-aid fix in place that hopefully will last until my replacement door is installed. I appreciate the great customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge that Hunter displayed. I look forward to the install and doing more business with Precision.
