First, the receptionist who took our call was very polite and understanding. She even put in a request for an earlier appointment, if one became available. The technician who came out to look at our garage door was very knowledgeable and conveyed in layman's terms all that he was going to do. He also tried to keep the cost down, which he did. It did not take him very long to fix our door. He was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door at the drop of a dime to anyone with any garage door issues. I was able to get an appointment the same day, Justin showed up a little early which was great, he fixed the problem right away and since this is my first time having a garage, he spent extra time educating me about my system! Everyone I talked to today was super friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The cost to repair and maintenance my system was reasonable. Justin and his assistant Cameron performed an outstanding job of a complete new installation of our garage door opener. In a 2-hour period, they immediately recognized that the existing system was completely broken and replaced it with a highly efficient new system. There was no hesitation in diagnosing the problem. I am very satisfied with their efforts and highly recommend them for any new garage door repairs or replacements.

Matt was OUTSTANDING!! He spent the first 10-15 minutes throughly examining the rollers, tracks, springs, bearings and garage door opener. He then provided me a detailed explanation of his findings and recommendations. He patiently listened to all of my questions and gave clear and concise answers to each question. Once Matt completed the agreed to maintenance/repairs, he brought in a small portable blower and cleaned the entire garage floor. I have complete confidence that all maintenance/repairs were necessary and that they were performed by a true professional. I know that when it comes time for preventative maintenance or repairs to my garage door systems, I will be calling Precision and request Matt as the Technician!!

Great, friendly same-day service! Absolutely recommended for any garage door and garage opener repairs! Our technician Patrick, did a fantastic job. He called to let me know when he was near, which is SO much better than the typical 'wait game' with other home repairs. Once at the home, he quickly diagnosed the issues and provided two solid recommendations on how to proceed, a Best option and a Good option. Called to get an estimate to repair one of our garage doors. The spring on the garage door broke and it was not possible to easily manually open the garage door or open the garage with the opener. Precision Garage sent out a technician the very next day. The technician was very professional and extremely helpful in outlining our options to have the door repaired. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed answers to my questions on the pros and cons of each option. At NO time was there a hard sell to go with any one of the options - just very factual information.
