Your technician, Kyler Pooler, arrived on time. I explained that our garage door opener had stopped working just after that big snowstorm in January. Kyler described the garage door opener options that he had on his truck & explained the differences in functionality with each option. I chose the Lift Master, 3/4 HP & Kyler went to work quickly. He also stopped to point out several other potential issues with my garage door that might arise in the next year or two. I appreciated his attention to detail & his candor. Precision's response to our emergency call to fix a non-working garage door operator was awesome. Scheduling the service call by phone was quick and Max, the technician arrived within a couple of hours. We were impressed with his professional appraisal and quick diagnosis and repair of the electronic malfunctions in our Genie safety sensor. Max also took the time to check the mechanical components of our garage door and cheerfully shared maintenance tips on how we homeowners can keep aging equipment in good shape. He clearly knew his stuff and loved the customer service part of his job. Precision is on our rolodex for future service needs!

Technician came out same day to replace torsion spring. I was told that the service call was $85.00 which I felt was reasonable. What I didn't expect was to pay $187 for a spring. The springs are available as a part alone for a 1/3 of that price. Just be up front about the labor and service call.
