Our door became jambed and we didn't feel it was safe. Our technition Brandon was prompt and courtious. He walked me through the inspection and provided us an itemized estimate with clear explinations on what he thought were must do and what we could wait to do. Throughout the entire visit he was polite and he kept the house and are clean. When the time comes for another service or replacement will absolutely use Percision Door again.

I first contacted Precision Garage Door using their online appointment system, which was very easy to utilize. After making the appointment, I received several messages and emails verifying my scheduled appointment. The technician, Hunter, was very helpful in offering several options to repair the problem with the door sensors. He replaced them in about 30 minutes with more updated sensors which should solve the problem. He offered pricing on a number of optional repairs that we may need in the future. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The repairs were reasonably priced and should resolve the issue we were experiencing. I will use them again when needed.

I chose Precision solely on the 5 star ratings. Their response was quick. Each employee I spoke with on the telephone was polite and responsive to my need. Brandon arrived within the time frame given. He was polite and knowledgeable and repaired the door quickly. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend they.

Precision actually had weekend appointments available. Scheduling was easy online and David arrived toward the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and did a complete and thorough inspection of the door. He was patient while explaining what needed and should be done to get the door working again and keep it working. He completed to work quickly and cleaned up when done. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will definitely reach out again when my other door needs service or repair.

Matt was a terrific help repairing broken springs, bearings, rollers, and more. Felt like he went above and beyond inspecting the entire assembly vs just fixing a symptom, and gave me repair options in priority order (urgent vs preventative) to consider against my budget. Then spent time with me reviewing operating procedures until I got it right (I didn't on the first time). Thought I was just getting a spring repaired -- turned out to be so much more thorough and will save me time and money later. Thanks, Matt!

My husband saw your company and liked your website. He saw that all the reviews were good. Also, that you had many locations. We really liked Patrick.
