I'm truly impressed. When I called, I described the problem, and was quoted a price based on my description. When the technician arrived, he discovered that the issue was not as a I described, but that the spring holding the band in place had not been installed (at all?). He charged me only for the visit, fixed the spring AND also put a new light bulb in for me because it was too high for me to reach.

I choose Precision because they were local and I'am glad I did. Very Professional Company from the office to the Technician. My spring broke and some other things I didn't notice until the tech. pointed it out. He had everything on his truck and fixed it in a timely manner. I give precision Five Stars. .

Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....

Great Service! My garage door broke a spring on the right side of the door. Called Precision and they sent a technician (Kevin) to my house on the day after the call. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a complete spring replacement. The original springs were installed over 11 years ago and they were not customized to the garage door that we had bought about 4 years ago. He said the garage door opener itself was fine and should last many more years. He made the installation within 2 hours and the garage door moves up and down better than ever. Very happy with his professionalism and competence! Recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door openers. Ask for Kevin ;-)

I can't offer anything less than 5 stars. From the time I googled to the time I was completely satisfied with a fully operational and quiet garage door system; was less than less than 3 hours total. The Lady I spoke with was very professional, set up an appointment with the technician, Matt Meier who was well prepared to complete the job from the get go. He had the springs and all necessary parts. His inspection was spot on and his repair was quick and flawless. I've never heard my garage door operate that quietly. This gentleman was a fountain of knowledge on all aspects of garage doors which I soon found out was not as simple as it looked. He educated me for future projects to upgrade/ update my garage door and the opener. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair or maintenance. I will certainly call Precision in the future.

My garage door opener only needed a $15 part replaced. Precision was only interested in selling me a new garage door opener. I ordered the part online and replaced myself in under 30 mins. Feels as though I paid $125 for a sales pitch.

Fabulous! Everything about this repair was wonderful. From calling to make an appointment to the young man coming EARLY!!!! He called and asked if he could and we were delighted to accept. He was very polite and professional too. He introduced himself and set about looking over our broken door. He took his time and even checked our other door too. *which was repaired by Precision in 2012* After his inspections he very kindly explained what broke and what we needed to do in order to make our door work and be safe. We agreed and he set about working and fairly soon he was all finished. He opened and shut the door and I was amazed that is was actually quieter and did not shake. He explained that he adjusted a rail (was not lined up well) for us so it would run smoother! He then showed me how to oil the springs. We had been oiling the castors but did not realized the spring needed oil too. We had bought a can(2012) of their spray oil and I recommend it. Its easy to use and smell is fine. When he left we were confident that our door was repaired properly and we were all safe. The added bonus was that it was running quieter and smoother too!! The price for the repair was great too. Thank you for another wonderful repair job on our doors. Matthew was a very nice young man who knew what to do and his confidence & workmanship gave us peace of mind.
