Five Stars for sure in correcting a problem with the door. They called to ask me if I wanted to move my appointment up a day after they had a cancellation this afternoon. Their technician Paul showed up right on schedule and was skilled at solving my problem quickly. He was also very pleasant. After a not-so-pleasant experience with a competitor several years ago, who tried to sell me things I didn't need, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Have had trouble for several months off and on with garage door not opening or closing properly. Technician replaced sensors and did a complete check on everything before I signed off on repairs. Door works like new now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely recommend you to others!

I have used Precision twice and found them to be very professional and the work done satisfactorily. They provided all pricing up front and I thought the cost was reasonable. I will use them again if needed.

I would first like to comment on Matthew. What a fine young man. He was on time, very thorough with checking out the problem with my garage door. I appreciated the fact that he explained very thing he did and then I choose what I want to have repaired that day. My son was visiting from out of town and I had him listen in on the conversation between Matthew and myself. He commented on what a nice job he did at explaining the problem. I was so glad he had all the parts and wouldn't need to come back for a second time. The receptionist were very personable as well. Thank you Precision for leaving your sticker in my garage when the house was built. Brenda Steele

Precision has taken great care of us for years - yesterday's phenomenal service added yet another link in our chain of satisfaction! Paul responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and provided a solution like a professional. I appreciated the lack of "hard selling" and/or "upselling" - just good information with a desire to help. We committed to a plan and Paul delivered as promised. We are very happy with our new set up and will remain loyal customers!

I called for an appointment late in the afternoon and was able to schedule a visit for the next day to diagnose and repair a problem I had with the door. At first we could not reproduce the random problem with the door but just after the technician left I was able to reproduce the random problem and a quick call to the technician brought him back in a few minutes to correct the problem once we had been able to confirm the diagnosis. Kevin was courteous and knowledgeable and had the needed parts to make an immediate repair to the garage door opener .

This is the second time we've used Precision for our garage door needs. I wouldn't use anybody else! The employees are polite and professional, from the administrative staff to the technicians. Matthew, our technician, was thorough and immediately knew how he was going to fix the problem. Everything is working great again!!

Kevin the installer was excellent, and i would have rated you 5 stars if i just interacted with him. Your front office however has problems. Matt the scheduler was not as proactive as he should been which cost me a week more of a non- functioning garage door than it should have. and when i called the main number and could not be connected to Matt because he didn't answer, the young lady said i could not have his direct number because it was "against company policy". You've got to be kidding! Change this!

Garage door spring broke. Called Precision. Said Kevin could come out next day. Kevin came. Garage door fixed. Kevin's been doing this for us for 11 years. He installed the doors, and has come out twice to inspect an/or repair if needed. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Kevin and Precision.

I selected a five star rating because the Precision Garage Door Service technician arrived on time, made recommendations to extend the life of my garage and performed the duties that I originally called about to my satisfaction (replaced the back-up battery). As a result of the technician's professionalism, I signed up for the company's preventive maintenance plan. I can say in all honesty that I will recommend the company to my contacts.
