Patrick was our technician. He was on time and very polite. Patrick is a true professional. He explained all the work that had to be performed. He did a complete overhaul on our garage door. Patrick definitely is a 5 star employee. If I need work done on my garage door in the future, I will be calling Precision Door Service and will request Patrick.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday around noon. I conducted a Google Search and found Precision. From my call and conversation with Rachel to the installation provided by Matthew the entire process was professional. Rachel was able to give me an appointment the same day (Sunday) and Matthew arrived promptly and walked me through the entire process and let me know exactly what would be done and the cost. The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Matthew did a fantastic job of briefing the mechanism, its problems, and the two separate systems. All the systems were checked - and adjusted if necessary - with recommendations for maintaining serviceable systems - lubrication, etc. He pointed out that the slack (noisy) chains were caused by worn sprockets - and he installed a replacement which resulted in a smooth and quieter opening and closing -- 5 STAR

This was the second time we have used Precision. As the first time, they did not disappoint. The service person came at just the time he said he would, went over everything with us, did a complete inspection of the door, and made his recommendations which we agreed with. He then performed excellent service. Our garage door works like it hasn't since we moved in, and will now probably be good for several more years. We are very pleased.

Matt did a stellar job and was meticulous, explaining what he was doing (and why); very impressive. If you're worried about hiring someone to care for your garage door, worry no more. Our spring had snapped but all the other components were builder's grade and the installers cut some corners, which didn't save us a dime. Our door is now significantly upgraded and whisper quiet. Bravo for coming out on such short notice, too!

Tina was very prompt to contact me to make the same day appt when I asked for it via my online msg. Patrick was courteous, eager to help and very patient as we went back and forth figuring out the details. He is a hard worker and did all he could to ensure our garage door was working properly by testing it numerous times and readjusting the springs. He worked nearly four hours in the open garage in 15 degree temps. We would recommend Patrick to any customer. Definitely a 5.

Very professional, the team called in advance of their arrival time. They introduced themselves as Precision personnel and proceeded to evaluate the problem with our garage door opening. On completion of the evaluation they gave the estimate for repairs. The work was completed, the work area was clean when they left and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I've had Precision come out twice to fix the garage door or the openers. Both times the receptionist who booked me was very polite and professional. Kevin was the technician who came out. Prior to coming, he called and confirmed his name and time of arrival. (Said 30 minutes....was here in 29!). Great company.....great service......great people. Highly recommend. First of all, I was sent an email showing three repairmen who could be coming, but Patrick was the one that was listed in my email. And he was the one who came. He called me and told me he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes, I think that is correct, and he was. We did not know what was wrong with one of our garage doors. But Patrick within a very short amount of time, had what was wrong, what to do to fix it, and how much it would cost, 3 different estimates. Work was done, Patrick was clean, polite and knew what he was doing. We will be calling back for the other garage door to be repaired.
