Based on recommendation, changed springs, pulleys, rollers, basically a complete overhaul. Matt did a great job replacing everything quickly and cleanly. I honestly don't know how the price compared to others, but I felt like it was worth having the work done by knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient professionals. You get what you pay for, and I'm confident that the new installation will last for many years. Everything runs much smoother and quieter now.

Precision Door Service has the best customer service of any company I have hired. First off, they sent a technician an hour after I called and it wasn't even an emergency! Sure enough, Robert showed up to fix my garage door. He was confident, courteous, and very knowledgable about my problem. He fixed my garage door very efficiently and let me know what steps he would take to remedy a solution. I would definitely do business with Precision, and Robert, again in the future!!

Great company. Called them at 0745 in morning and they made an appointment for same day between 11-2. They were there at 1130 and programed my two new door operators (that I purchased and installed) in a half hour. They reviewed and inspected my work, checked the doors for wear and safety issues, and lubed the springs. First class service! I was especially impressed with the Tech, Matt. I'm detail oriented and Matt was very well trained and experienced and a self described perfectionist so couldn't be happier. I will call them again and ask for Matt when I get around to installing an operator on the third garage door too.

Spring on the garage door broke. Called to have emergency service. We subsequently found out that the charges appeared to be twice what other garage door repair companies charge. We called to voice our concerns and were offered a $25 rebate. We were dissatisfied with the charges and we wiould not consider using your service in the future.

The service repairmen were excellent. The work they performed was neat and the garage door works perfectly. They were very good at giving me the options and prices for each alternative. I did not feel like I getting a sales pitch that did not meet my needs. I decided to have the door repaired, not replaced and I am happy with it. Congratulations on great customer service!

Technician came out same day to replace torsion spring. I was told that the service call was $85.00 which I felt was reasonable. What I didn't expect was to pay $187 for a spring. The springs are available as a part alone for a 1/3 of that price. Just be up front about the labor and service call.

Excellent service and courteous technician who explained repair and costs in advance. However, charging more than 4 times the actual cost of parts (springs in my case) is simply not fair to your customers. I agreed to proceed with the service only because I did not want to delay the repair. You will lose customers in the long run with such markups and it will detract from your otherwise good service.

Fast, curtious and knowledgeable garage door specialists. Diagnosed problem with door's lifting bracket, replaced bracket with a better newer bracket, reinforced door, and adjusted opener's travel. Door has never operated so smoothly!

Garage opener needed a new board as it was fried from recent storm. Your service man recommended the Woods Surge Protector for protection so I purchased one directly from you all for $25. I wanted to get another one for another location through Home Depot for $5 (discovered later). Why such a markup on the price? I think the service and guys were very good. Didn't like the markup price on the surge protector for the opener.
