We could not have asked for better service than Patrick and Precision Door Service in Fredericksburg, VA gave us yesterday! Patrick thoroughly checked out our 9-ft. garage door and tested the two remotes. We already knew that one of the remotes despite new batteries was no longer working, and, in trying various reprogramming methods, Patrick determined that the motherboard in the remote was malfunctioning. We are so very grateful to him for his thoroughness and professionalism. It also does not hurt that his personality is charming! This is the second time we have used Precision and it was another superior service that they provided to us. (The last time in 2013 they replaced the rollers and springs so that they would better support the heavy 9ft. door.)
