I searched on-line for a contractor and found Precision. Read their consistently very-good reviews and with their easy online scheduling app created a suitable appointment. Precision alerted me to the scheduled Tech (Kyler). Kyler showed up on time and immediately presented himself as confident and professional. Kyler quickly went to work to present me with a knowledgable quote with options included. I accepted the quote and Kyler went back to work to complete the 2-spring replacement as well as replacing a needed part for the Genie opener. Job was completed and overall results are terrific. A certain component of the replacement was not required and Kyler reduced the price/quote accordingly. I highly recommend Kyler for the job he did and for the overall team-work provided by Kyler and Precision.

Excellent service. Justin, my technician was on time near the start of the window I was given, called me to let me know he was on the way, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He professionally installed the new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers that were all broken or badly worn. Then tested and tweaked the installation until the door was moving smoothly. Great job!

Amazing company and service. I called and was able to have an expert in my house on the same day. Brandon was outstanding. He was super efficient, courteous and very quickly identified the issues with my garage door, which he subsequently serviced and replaced the keypad (which was malfunctioning). Unusual incident with my garage door ended up pulling unit from the wall and breaking the springs. I contacted Precision Service, and they worked with my scheduling and offered various times and dates. From the scheduler to the technician, Kyler, there was such great customer service, I thought it was a joke! But it definitely was not. I was very satisfied with the service and glad I lucked into using them. Will use again if needed.

The garage door spring broke after an incredibly long work week (of course). I began searching for a company to fix it. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to come out quickly that wouldn't charge $2,000. You had an appointment available the next day and so I agreed. Hunter came out and did a quick inspection. The diagnostic process took less than 15 minutes and I was provided a quote for the service. He gave multiple options and recommendations of what absolutely needed to be replaced and what didn't. He had the parts with him so work could begin immediately and he was done in less than two hours. The garage door works great and is far quieter than it was prior to breaking. 5 stars.

Our service Tech Brandon showed up right on time and completed his assessment of the damaged garage door and unfortunately as I suspected the garage door had been damaged before we purchased the home and repaired and that repair had failed so we are going to need a new garage door. Brandon explained all our options and provided me with a non binding estimate for a new door at my request and then set up an appointment with the sales team to come out and provide us with options a firm proposal. I was very pleased with the level of service I got from Brandon. While he was not able to repair the damaged door he took a lot of time to explain why and our future options.
