Call precision, garage doors Thursday morning. They were able to send a technician out Thursday afternoon. Justin showed up was very courteous and professional. They replaced my garage door opener had questions about its operation and they sent Hunter out Friday afternoon again very courteous and professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions did an excellent job above and beyond would 100% recommend this company for any and all garage door needs you may have

The customer service team was very helpful when talking my call. She made an appointment for next day to fix the garage door. The technician came on time, performed a meticulous inspection to assess the problem of the garage door and he was very helpful giving us a better estimate. He answered all our questions before starting the repair. He did a great and a clean job. This was the second time we used their service. First, the customer service attitude by Tyler on Sunday was superb. He understood the problem and set up an appointment for Monday between 10:30am and 1:00pm. I received both a text and email confirming the date and time. Now for the one negative: at 1:40 pm on Monday, I had not had a call, text, or email telling me the service was delayed, so I called the office. "Cheyenne" was helpful, and said it appeared that my appointment had been moved to 1:30pm-3:30pm. I replied, "it would have been nice to let me know."At 3:34pm, I was called by Hunter Davis, the technician, who said he was on the way. Hunter arrived at 4:00pm. Hunter quickly assessed the situation, prepared an estimate, discussed the process and we settled on the course of action. Hunter was professional, he kept me informed of his progress, and did an outstanding job. I was totally satisfied with his performance, and would use him again. The four star rating (and not five) is solely based on the office not letting me know of the schedule adjustment.

I searched on-line for a contractor and found Precision. Read their consistently very-good reviews and with their easy online scheduling app created a suitable appointment. Precision alerted me to the scheduled Tech (Kyler). Kyler showed up on time and immediately presented himself as confident and professional. Kyler quickly went to work to present me with a knowledgable quote with options included. I accepted the quote and Kyler went back to work to complete the 2-spring replacement as well as replacing a needed part for the Genie opener. Job was completed and overall results are terrific. A certain component of the replacement was not required and Kyler reduced the price/quote accordingly. I highly recommend Kyler for the job he did and for the overall team-work provided by Kyler and Precision.

Excellent service. Justin, my technician was on time near the start of the window I was given, called me to let me know he was on the way, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He professionally installed the new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers that were all broken or badly worn. Then tested and tweaked the installation until the door was moving smoothly. Great job!
