Today's experience with Cameron from Precision was super. Cameron was professional and understanding of my issues and provided me with answers to all my questions. Precision Garage was my 9th garage door company that I had contacted and is the only company that did not try to upsell me to another brand but solved my issue and installed another unit that met my needs. He inspected the entire door and frame then thoroughly provided feedback on each part; how to tell which part failed and needed to be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Unusual incident with my garage door ended up pulling unit from the wall and breaking the springs. I contacted Precision Service, and they worked with my scheduling and offered various times and dates. From the scheduler to the technician, Kyler, there was such great customer service, I thought it was a joke! But it definitely was not. I was very satisfied with the service and glad I lucked into using them. Will use again if needed.

The garage door spring broke after an incredibly long work week (of course). I began searching for a company to fix it. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to come out quickly that wouldn't charge $2,000. You had an appointment available the next day and so I agreed. Hunter came out and did a quick inspection. The diagnostic process took less than 15 minutes and I was provided a quote for the service. He gave multiple options and recommendations of what absolutely needed to be replaced and what didn't. He had the parts with him so work could begin immediately and he was done in less than two hours. The garage door works great and is far quieter than it was prior to breaking. 5 stars.

Our service Tech Brandon showed up right on time and completed his assessment of the damaged garage door and unfortunately as I suspected the garage door had been damaged before we purchased the home and repaired and that repair had failed so we are going to need a new garage door. Brandon explained all our options and provided me with a non binding estimate for a new door at my request and then set up an appointment with the sales team to come out and provide us with options a firm proposal. I was very pleased with the level of service I got from Brandon. While he was not able to repair the damaged door he took a lot of time to explain why and our future options.

Justin and his assistant Cameron performed an outstanding job of a complete new installation of our garage door opener. In a 2-hour period, they immediately recognized that the existing system was completely broken and replaced it with a highly efficient new system. There was no hesitation in diagnosing the problem. When I called, I was very specific for an estimate and to be sent directly to me via email because I would be away. My husband isn't able to make a decision about the garage issue. Instead the technician gives him a quote and asked my husband, whose not very clear-headed right now, if he wanted the work down. My husband was confused and gave consent. And so he does the work, despite my request that it was only for an estimate and that it would be sent to me via email. I had received a quote that was $800 from another company. The tech charged my husband $1555.00. Then the technician tells my husband that if he doesn't receive an email with the receipt right away, it will take 2-3 days to give it to him. I came home and found out all that had happened. I was never given the quote via email, and was concerned who this person is because he now has our credit card info. I called Precision Garage to get the receipt right away because when you pay, you get a receipt right away. And I was able to get the receipt. I feel like we have been taken advantage of, especially my husband's inability to make a decision, and I made it clear that the guy coming was only to give me an estimate.

I was completely happy with the service provided by Brandon Vera. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. I had to call him again after his first visit because I was still having issues with my opener. He quickly solved the problem and he didn't seem to mind that I had him come back.
