Kyler was great, friendly & very courteous. Gave us an honest assessment on the builder grade parts installed in our garage. Finished replacing everything within 2 hours. Was able to make a next day appointment on a holiday weekend. Would definitely use Precision Garage Door services again.

Mr. Kyler arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and provided estimates for each. On top of all that, I called Mr. Kyler, the wrong name the whole time. He never corrected me even as I introduced him as the wrong name to two other people. The engagement to design and price our garage doors went very well. Garrett was very helpful and worked with us when we decided to change the door design after he had already provided prior information. The whole process thus far has been great with Precision garage doors. Garrett has been our only interface with the company and he has been great to work with on our project. My Garage Door is 18 years old so plenty of use, and one day began to stick partially open with some very ugly grinding and shaking. I found Precision with an Internet search and they scheduled a visit for a couple of days later. Justin arrived early and took care of the problem in an hour or two at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

We had new garage doors installed two years ago by Precision and they have been great. No problems whatsoever. The keypad program has malfunctioned a few times, and they have been great about coming out and reprogramming for us. Matt was here this week and did a great job and was super helpful.

We have used Precision Garage Door before this visit and they were very professional and completed our work well. This time, we needed to replace the weather stripping, which has to be ordered. When the technician arrived (on time!), he prepared an estimate for the job AND did two other adjustments that were of concern; one with our overhead light and one adjusting the door so that no leakage can get in. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. We feel confident that he will complete our job properly when the parts that he ordered arrive.

I googled garage door repairs on Saturday and reviewed three or four sites. Turns out I made a great decision. I chose PRECISION! Called professional coordinated a scheduled time a 2.5 hour window vs most at 4 or more. Kyler arrived as scheduled, polite introduction I pointed out the issue. Instead of jumping right in he thought through a plan and made it happen. He was courteous, professional very competent. I asked him to inspect the springs cables etc. I noted some issues and he was able to make the repairs as he had everything with him that he needed. The panel truck was very well painted very clean and would get your attention to call that company. If I had another job, I would ask for Kyler and definitely call precision.

Screws pulled out of the door bracket that the door opener was connected to seven months after they installed a new door, motor, and hardware. Fortunately Precision Garage Door sent out a mechanic within five hours to fix the problem. Obviously I’m a bit upset at the failure of the hardware, but Precision Door stands by their guarantee.

Spring broke on the working side of the garage turning a procrastination into an actual problem. Layne came by, assessed, made some recommendations, went to work and repaired both sides in a couple hours. Cleaned up after himself and explained in detail some maintenance to prevent future issues. Needed him same day and he was at the house around 90 minutes from me making the appointment. All parts on hand.
