I called Precision and I had a very quick response. Justin the tech was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain to me things that I did not even know about the garage door opener and after discussing my issues with the door sensors he proceeded to take care of what may have been the issue with them. Very impressed with this company and the employees who in actuality make the company. This is my second time using this company and I have been very pleased both times

Spectacular service. My garage door stoped working on a Saturday. I used their online appointment request, which only took a few minutes and the technician showed up the next day promptly at 9am on Sunday! The technician knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the situation in 15 minutes, explained to me the problems, options and costs in another 10 minutes and completed the work then and there in just a couple of hours. He had all the materials with him and the repairs were extensive (springs, rollers, cables, etc.,), but necessary as all the hardware was very old, broken and rusted. You don’t get service like this around here (Alexandria) very often. If you have garage door issues you won’t go wrong with Precision. A perfect name for the company!
