I was pleased to find out that Precision now serves the northern Virginia area. I have properties in Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach, and have had Precision install and maintain my garage doors. I have always been pleased with their services. So, when my garage door cables snapped, I found Precision in the Fredericksburg area. Garrett, a very friendly young man, came to our house and proposed a long-term solution to our garage door issues, which included new cables, spring, and rollers. He completed the work professionally in about an hour at a competitive price. I highly recommend him and Precision!

The torsion spring on my garage failed after 23 long years of service. Unfortunately, it damaged my door almost beyond repair. Hunter showed up on-site and assessed the damage and took the time to write-up multiple estimates for a replacement door. He answered all my questions and helped me make a decision on which door would work best for my home. He went out of his way to put band-aid fix in place that hopefully will last until my replacement door is installed. I appreciate the great customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge that Hunter displayed. I look forward to the install and doing more business with Precision.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door at the drop of a dime to anyone with any garage door issues. I was able to get an appointment the same day, Justin showed up a little early which was great, he fixed the problem right away and since this is my first time having a garage, he spent extra time educating me about my system! Everyone I talked to today was super friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The cost to repair and maintenance my system was reasonable. If I have any needs in the future, Precision has my loyalty from here on out!

Jon showed up on time and was very professional. One thing I value when acquiring services is for my technician to listen to what I think is the problem and troubleshoot it before upselling me instantly. Jon met my expectations and understood the reward for good work is more work! Thanks

Your technician, Kyler Pooler, arrived on time. I explained that our garage door opener had stopped working just after that big snowstorm in January. Kyler described the garage door opener options that he had on his truck & explained the differences in functionality with each option. I chose the Lift Master, 3/4 HP & Kyler went to work quickly. He also stopped to point out several other potential issues with my garage door that might arise in the next year or two. I appreciated his attention to detail & his candor. When it comes time to get these other issues repaired, I will definitely be calling Precision & requesting Kyler to do the work. Job well done! Thank you, Bob Czerwinski

Great price Professional, local, same day service. Jon Szkola fixed my door in a flash and did not try to oversell me. In addition to the repair, the mechanism was tuned and noises eliminated. This is a top rated company in Woodbridge, with good reason. Well done.

In the midst of the snowstorm our garage door left spring broke. We called our original company on Monday and never heard back from them . At 2 pm that day we called precision. They called right back & scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9 am. Garrett arrived on time & was very professional. In less than 2 hours the Job was done - all while working in a cold garage!
