Kevin came to our home this morning and fixed our broken spring. Scheduling the appointment was easy and we were given an estimate over the phone to replace it. When he came out he did his inspection and showed us ways to keep our door safe and in good working order. He made some recommendations and we decided to have him replace some of our old parts for newer, more up to date (quieter) parts. Once the door was fixed the old (ancient) garage door opener we had seemed out of place and very very loud. Kevin had a new opener on his truck and my garage was like brand new in just over an hour. It was great service all around and I am very appreciative. Thank you!

I was very impressed with your company, starting from the time I booked my appointment. Tina scheduled me on Sunday, which is surprising that a company is open 7 days a week. My technician, Jason, was early for our appointment, and Tina even called me when he was on the way to let me know. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for him to arrive. He was polite and cleaned up after himself when the work was finished. He had all the parts needed to fix my door on his truck, so he was in and out. Extremely satisfied.
