I called precision door about a broken spring on my door and from the moment the phone was answered it was a pleasant experience. The office staff was wonderful in scheduling the technician out right away and called just an hour or so later to tell me they were on their way. Jim was able to fix my door almost immediately upon arrival. I am so happy with the service I received and for the Senior Discount as well!
