Justin arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in his assessment of the problem with my door. He explained the situation with the door and gave me the option of a temporary repair or replacement. He did not try and sell me a door that I did not need and explained the option of replacement. I chose to replace the door due to the fact that in the future I would have to replace it. I was very pleased with the outcome and was very satisfied. I chose to use Precision due to the quality of service I received on a prior service visit.

Today, Matt came over to do a maintenance check and look at my garage unit that was hit by the power surge. He ran his maintenance check to ensure the door integrity is in fine working order and check the inside of the garage opener to ensure it worked as it should. He set the settings and make sure all components work! At the end in his post detail findings there are no major problems, and also made recommendation what I need to do to make sure my garage unit can last long whenever I need it service again. Once again, Precision Door is my go to group for all my garage work! Will do business again.

Travis and Kyler worked on replacing my door motors and some hardware. After 24 years of service the old hardware was showing it's age and it was great to get new wifi connected motors for them. Kyler and Travis were very friendly and they made the process easy to understand and hassle free. Great techs and I would be happy to have either of them service my doors in the future.

Our garage door stopped working last November. You were quick to respond and we had the door repaired that weekend. Your technician was prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the door started acting up again last week. Again, we were able to get an appointment that weekend and we were very pleased with the service from Kyler and Garrick. Justin installed a new opener for us today. He was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and did a fabulous job on our install. I highly recommend Precision! May I also add they were the only garage door company that answered their phone on a Saturday when we discovered something was wrong with our opener and needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out.

Excellent company. I contacted them when the cable on my (old) garage door opener snapped. They could not come out immediately, but we scheduled for one week out. The technician, Justin, is awesome. He contacted us before he came out on the scheduled day. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Gave us option of repairing cable or purchasing a new unit. Another company didn't even offer this, saying it was too old. We replaced it as it was 20+ years old. We signed the agreement, and he immediately began installation. When the unit was installed, he took the time to walk me through setting up the Wifi feature. Said we can contact him with any more questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.

I called Precision yesterday just to inquire about the issues I was experiencing with my garage door. To my surprise, the representative was able to schedule an appointment for today. Matt arrived as scheduled and assessed the issues. He provided a fair quote and told me he could do the repairs right there on the spot. Barely one hour later, he replaced and repaired the springs and fixed all the other issues with no hassle to me, no missed work, and a garage door that’s as quiet as the first day it was installed. I am THOROUGHLY pleased and would recommend Precision to anyone! Thank you so much for a professional and pleasant experience.

Precision Garage Door did everything the right way!! Scheduling online was easy even for next day service. Matt the technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way and he was on time too. He diagnosed the problem with my garage door and made some adjustments that solved the problem but he only charged me $60 for a service call.

Matthew M serviced our garage on 6/21, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He called when on his way, was on time within the appointment window, and within 15 minutes had identified the problem and quoted multiple options for our consideration. He also took the time to clearly show me and explain what was going on in a digestible way. The repairs were completed within about an hour of that and everything looked great. He also kept the work area very clean! Thank you!

Matt was OUTSTANDING!! He spent the first 10-15 minutes throughly examining the rollers, tracks, springs, bearings and garage door opener. He then provided me a detailed explanation of his findings and recommendations. He patiently listened to all of my questions and gave clear and concise answers to each question. Once Matt completed the agreed to maintenance/repairs, he brought in a small portable blower and cleaned the entire garage floor. I have complete confidence that all maintenance/repairs were necessary and that they were performed by a true professional. I know that when it comes time for preventative maintenance or repairs to my garage door systems, I will be calling Precision and request Matt as the Technician!!
