Matthew called to let me know he was on his way. On arrival he examined the told and was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done to repair the problem. He also gave me 3 options and estimates for each in case I didn't want it all done at once. He completed everything in an hour, and walked me through what was done. He earned 5 stars. The $85 "service visit fee" was clearly designed to sell me a new garage door opener and not diagnose the problem with the current opener. The rep asked how hold the unit was and he then quickly started typing up a quote for a new opener. He didn't even open the cover of the unit to begin to diagnose the problem. Simply, he said, I need a new opener at $800 and new rollers. The $85 visit fee was a rip-off.

Called Precision to have a repair done on my garage door. Was able to get an appointment the next day. The tech, Kevin, called to give me an ETA. He was on time and gave me a few options on the repair. I decide to also have a new garage door opener installed. Kevin did a great job on the installation and repair. Now I have a very quite and garage door when opening and closing.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Precision Door. My springs broke just this morning and Precision had a technician to my house before lunch. My technician, Corey Selkregg, was on time, thorough and very knowledgeable; not to mention probably the most polite and courteous repair technician I have ever worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to anyone and will not use anyone else. Overall, an unexpectedly excellent experience start to finish!

Absolutely fantastic. Being able to come out on Saturday without an extra charge is a HUGE deal to someone like me who works full time and lives by herself. Additionally, the tech went above and beyond to try and fix the problem, and when it was clear that really just was not possible, worked his hardest to get me a reasonably-priced new door that looked the way I wanted it to. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Corey was the tech that came out. First, I called just to get some info...it was a Sunday and I really expected to be leaving a voicemail. Instead, a rep answered and provided me info and some pricing for what I wanted. It all sounded good and then he said a tech could be out the following day on Monday! I could not do it that quick so they asked when I could, I told them that I could be home by 4 in the afternoon the next day...they said ok! I tech was scheduled to come out between 4-6. Corey called, introduced himself and informed me when he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. He was knowledgeable and polite, did a good job and I got the sense he cared about my property. I love my new LiftMaster 8355...with new rollers, it is SUPER quiet, plus the app works great and replaces the need for the remotes; can access everything with my iPhone. I would definitely recommend this company.
