I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience. Unlike most, maybe, I’m reviewing even though I decided not to have Precision Garage Door to perform work at this time. I came to this decision strictly from a personal financial standpoint and not because of anything negative about Precision Garage Door. Cameron was the tech that provided an estimate. Friendly guy, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I also spoke with Suzanne. I found her to be equally professional, customer service oriented and very informative. Again, I know this isn’t the typical review but positive interactions and great customer service deserves mention. Thank you!

I was pleased with the service to replace my wall unit. Cameron did a good job in fixing my issue. My main concern is how the company handles pricing of services. Cameron told me he would do the inspection of the unit which would take about 15 mins. When I came back to check on him about 10 mins later her was in the truck talking on phone discussing replacement part for my wall unit. He told me during his inspection he saw some issues, but didn’t elaborate on these issues & he didn’t do anything regarding these issues. When he was finished replacing my wall unit, he gave me my invoice total & I paid. When I received invoice by email I saw I was charged $65 for preventative maintenance which he did not do. The $85 charge for the visit only includes the inspection & labor for the visit. I attempted to resolve the discrepancy on the $65 charge with the company, but was denied as they said work was done & I agreed for representative to continue work. I do recommend this company for your garage door needs, but also recommend you witness everything the representative does during the visit.

Excellent service from the first contact phone call to the installation of repair parts. Everything explained up front and no surprises at the end. Very professional installer. Booked appointment for between 2 and 5 pm on the same day and the installer was there early with a call when he was 30 minutes away. Very happy to recommend this company from this experience

Responsive service, excellent job- on time and efficient repair. The garage door was badly in need of service and adjustment, had become erratic in remote control and manual button operation and was excessively noisy. Max's inspection quickly diagnosed the problems to include motor gear issues. He fully explained the repairs and cost which were very reasonable. He offered suggestions to improve performance (and quietness) and quickly completed the repairs and service. Excellent outcome. Highly recommend this company and Max.

Precision replaced the broken torsion spring and various parts and pieces. Garage door sounds a lot quieter when going up and down. Technician arrived on time and had all needed parts on hand. Technician was courteous and professional.

Fast and wonderful service!!!! Our wall console for the garage door opener stopped working. Remotes worked, but not the wall console. Being the weekend, I thought it would be tough to find some weekend. Precision was! Gave them a call, told them my problem - they said they would a technician that afternoon. Patrick, the tech, called and asked if he could come early. Super. Arrived ahead of time, located the problem and fixed.Pat was very kind and helpful. Price was about what I would expect based on similar work we have done but the work and timing was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!

What a great experience! My door broke on a Sunday, I sent an email to them that afternoon, and my door was fixed by Monday early afternoon. Can't say enough good things about Max. He was friendly, informative, honest, explained everything thoroughly, arrived at scheduled time and finished ahead of schedule. I worked in customer service prior to retiring and everyone in the chain made this experience easy and stress free. Best customer service I've encountered in years. I totally recommend them!

I give Precision Garage Doors a 5 Star. I called another company and no one answer and I had to leave a voicemail. When I need something I want to talk to someone right away. I then called Precision Garage Doors and a lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. She scheduled me an appointment for the next morning from 9-11 and the technician called me around 9:00am and said he would be at my house in 10 mins. Now that is SERVICE! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
