This has been a very positive experience from the cheerful person who answered my call at an early hour of 7:40 a.m. to the quick response of the technician, Jim Rost. I was notified 30 mins prior to his arriving and when Jim arrived he was friendly, respectful and professional. He made the correct diagnosis and fixed the problem. My spring broke on Friday night, and I had left a message with Precision Door Service requesting a technician to come to our home. I got a call first thing Saturday morning, and the office said they had a tech available about noon-time. I booked the appointment. Just like the office told me, at about 11:30 I got a call saying my tech was on the way. He arrived a little after 12:00 and went over everything with me, and we ended up repairing most of the door parts. The prices were exactly as the office had quoted me. Great service, great company, I will be calling them back in the future, no questions.

Excellent service. After out garage door springs broke on a Saturday afternoon in the down position and we were concerned our vehicles would be stuck until Monday. Precision and Jim Rost saved the day. I called in just a little after noontime and Jim showed in about two hours parts in hand and 1 hour later we were back in business.
