Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well. The technician was a bit later than the proposed time but with the traffic woes I could understand. I am satisfied overall.

I called Precision and spoke with Cassie who understood my security concerns and helped me schedule a repair appointment within 24 hours. She was polite, efficient, and pleasant. Precision did an excellent job of presenting their technicians and safety proceedures. I knew exactly who would be coming to my home and and what time. The technician, Jason, was polite and very helpful. He figured out the least expensive way to repair the garage door and completed his work with little fuss or mess.
