My experience with Precision was a good one. The appointment was easy to make and the technician arrived within the time frame that the operator said he would be there. First of all, I was sent an email showing three repairmen who could be coming, but Patrick was the one that was listed in my email. And he was the one who came. He called me and told me he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes, I think that is correct, and he was. We did not know what was wrong with one of our garage doors. But Patrick within a very short amount of time, had what was wrong, what to do to fix it, and how much it would cost, 3 different estimates. Work was done, Patrick was clean, polite and knew what he was doing. We will be calling back for the other garage door to be repaired.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday around noon. I conducted a Google Search and found Precision. From my call and conversation with Rachel to the installation provided by Matthew the entire process was professional. Rachel was able to give me an appointment the same day (Sunday) and Matthew arrived promptly and walked me through the entire process and let me know exactly what would be done and the cost. The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Matt and Patrick arrived as promised and they were both very professional to greet me and explain in detail on the repair and how much it cost to repair. They inspected my system and garage door to include recommendation to replace rollers. The overall cost was affordable and wife was very happy with the repair work and how efficient Matt and Patrick worked to get the job done right. Very professional, the team called in advance of their arrival time. They introduced themselves as Precision personnel and proceeded to evaluate the problem with our garage door opening. On completion of the evaluation they gave the estimate for repairs. The work was completed, the work area was clean when they left and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

Precision Door Service has the best customer service of any company I have hired. First off, they sent a technician an hour after I called and it wasn't even an emergency! Sure enough, Robert showed up to fix my garage door. He was confident, courteous, and very knowledgable about my problem. He fixed my garage door very efficiently and let me know what steps he would take to remedy a solution. I would definitely do business with Precision, and Robert, again in the future!!

Spring on the garage door broke. Called to have emergency service. We subsequently found out that the charges appeared to be twice what other garage door repair companies charge. We called to voice our concerns and were offered a $25 rebate. We were dissatisfied with the charges and we wiould not consider using your service in the future.

Fabulous! Everything about this repair was wonderful. From calling to make an appointment to the young man coming EARLY!!!! He called and asked if he could and we were delighted to accept. He was very polite and professional too. He introduced himself and set about looking over our broken door. He took his time and even checked our other door too. *which was repaired by Precision in 2012* After his inspections he very kindly explained what broke and what we needed to do in order to make our door work and be safe. We agreed and he set about working and fairly soon he was all finished. He opened and shut the door and I was amazed that is was actually quieter and did not shake. He explained that he adjusted a rail (was not lined up well) for us so it would run smoother! He then showed me how to oil the springs. We had been oiling the castors but did not realized the spring needed oil too. We had bought a can(2012) of their spray oil and I recommend it. Its easy to use and smell is fine. When he left we were confident that our door was repaired properly and we were all safe. The added bonus was that it was running quieter and smoother too!! The price for the repair was great too. Thank you for another wonderful repair job on our doors. Matthew was a very nice young man who knew what to do and his confidence & workmanship gave us peace of mind.

Very impressed. We were able to get a same day appointement. Repair person arrived with in an hour of our call. He was very knowlegeable and explained what he was doing. He was very thorough. I ask that he not discuss the cost of the repair with the homeowner as my husband and I were going to pay. He honored this request in a very tactful manner... The technician arrived on time and worked nonstop for 4.5 hours. He replaced every component of the door except for the operator (it worked fine and did not need replacing). The door was an exact copy of the original door in place for 16 years. The door worked perfectly and the install was done professionally. Had a problem the next day with the door not closing. Problem was caused by an object getting lodged in the door track. This was my fault but the company quickly sent a technician to assist. I appreciate the sense of urgency to respond to our call. A couple of issues to mention: 1. The door has a vacation lock that secures the door when engaged manually. The warranty information states that installing a vacation lock with an electric operator will void the warranty. Is this correct? 2. When asked about lubricating the door hinges, the technician stated that I should use a silicon-based lubricant. The owners manual states that a non-silicon-based lubricant should be used. Which is correct? Thanks!
