Thank you very much, Precision Garage Door. First of all, I couldn't believe that you were able to schedule a visit the morning after I called. The spring on our garage door broke and Max, your Tech Specialist, was right on time. He called ahead and confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and very respectful of us and our home. He explained the work required and in great detail what my options were. After I selected the work I wanted performed, he got right to it. The work was done in a timely fashion and with excellent quality. I will absolutely refer Precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you once again.

Service appointment was scheduled for the day after I called and Max arrived early (I like early!) and got right to work. He clearly explained several different repair options for my beat up garage door and once an option was decided on, he performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Could not ask for a better experience, definitely a 5 star company!

Needed 24/7 servce, found your ad on internet. Car trapped in garage, door mangled. Max was excellent service person. He explained all needed to be done, options and pricing. He also did needed maintenance as some existing parts were faulty. Can't thank him enough!
