Good morning. I think the technicians and the customer support was easy to work with. However, when I called the HQ call center they were not helpful with pricing and/or warranty - they stated the technician would be able to provide those details. Those items should be clearly communicated on your website. Also, I was expecting a local Loudoun county or NOVA technician - paying $125 trip charge is ridiculous and the amount of time to fix the door was less than an hour for $540 total - worse I had to pay extra ($40)for having the door lubed and checked. I doubt I will refer anyone I know back to Precision due to the overall cost.

Kevin was very professional. He came and diagnosed serious problems with our 1980's system. He offered several options and excellent advice. He followed up exactly as promised and completed a pretty big overhaul - results flawless. My car was "trapped" and he helped me get it out before the parts could be shipped. Very satisfied and would recommend you in a heartbeat. Also invoicing / logistics were flawless. And response time was much better than I had feared.

This place is a total scam! Charged me $85, to tell me they needed $644 to fix my door. Called another company which fixed my door for half that amount. Door works great now.

I ordered a garage door opener & new door from Sears. I spent the entire month of April with totally unsatisfactory results from them. They installed the door in a very shabby manner then told me the opener wouldn't work. Needless to say, I'll never use Sears again. I found your company on the internet & was pleased with positive reviews. Kevin was my technician. He did an outstanding job of completely reassembling the door and installing an opener. I used this company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with the service technician, arrived within designated time window, very professional, personable and efficient. The technician also advised me on maintenence of the door, especially periodic lubrication of the hinges, bearings and tracks of the door. Highly recommended.
