I had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener. Technician arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and prepared a wriiten estimate/work order for my authorization. The new unit was installed flawlessly. The technician was extremely nice to walk me through all operations of the new unit. No headaches or problems. The estimate given over the phone was the exact cost of the work....so there were no surprises. Great experience...will use them again!

After my daughter crashed in to the garage door, I needed the door repaired quickly because I could not close up and secure my garage. I called Precision and spoke with Cassie who understood my security concerns and helped me schedule a repair appointment within 24 hours. She was polite, efficient, and pleasant. Precision did an excellent job of presenting their technicians and safety proceedures. I knew exactly who would be coming to my home and and what time. The technician, Jason, was polite and very helpful. He figured out the least expensive way to repair the garage door and completed his work with little fuss or mess. My overall experience with Precision is five stars!

saw the ad in the telephone book and was impressed that all emergencies were covered. The email followups really gave me confidence that the company know what it is doing. The Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and then went to work. After the door was working, he cleaned up and then explained what he fixed. We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be. The new door is much quieter than the old one, and we would recommend Precision and all of their techs any time.
