Matt came out as scheduled, had the replacement of the springs and door working fine within an hour. This is the way it is suppose to be dealing with service companies. Definitely worth using.

I got both garage doors replaced. The technician was fantastic and exceptionally well organized. His advice was honest and fair. As a result of the fine work he did, my next door neighbor asked him to replace their doors. I chose Precision not because it was the cheapest or the most expensive. I chose it because you are the best, and I know you stand behind your work if there are any issues. As you know, your prices are competitive, but your service is not. It's simply the best.

We had our garage door repaired a couple months ago. I noticed that it was rubbing on one side. Matt came out the very next day and adjusted it, under warrenty. Great service!

I'm truly impressed. When I called, I described the problem, and was quoted a price based on my description. When the technician arrived, he discovered that the issue was not as a I described, but that the spring holding the band in place had not been installed (at all?). He charged me only for the visit, fixed the spring AND also put a new light bulb in for me because it was too high for me to reach.

The technician, Kevin, was very polite, efficient and thorough. We have been pleased with him each time he's been to our home. This time was no exception. He fit us in the same day, even though he had other customers already, and once he got started, he was finished in no time. We were very satisfied. Thank you, Kevin and Precision Door Service!

Very professional and prompt service. Good value for the money. Kevin installed a reinforcement strut on my door, a new entry pad, and programmed my car's connectivity so I can open the door without the handheld device. Service provided on same day as service requested. 5 stars.

Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....

Great Service! My garage door broke a spring on the right side of the door. Called Precision and they sent a technician (Kevin) to my house on the day after the call. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a complete spring replacement. The original springs were installed over 11 years ago and they were not customized to the garage door that we had bought about 4 years ago. He said the garage door opener itself was fine and should last many more years. He made the installation within 2 hours and the garage door moves up and down better than ever. Very happy with his professionalism and competence! Recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door openers. Ask for Kevin ;-)

New Garage door installed. Matt called prior to showing up and was on time. Did a professional job.! Cleaned up the area and took the big old heavy door away! Explained the maintenance process prior to leaving. Give the young man a raise!... It's nice to see young people who take pride in their work and do it right! He represents the company very well!
