What a GREAT company to deal with.. We had a slight bump in the road on Thursday when Kevin came out to install a opener I purchased from Home Depot. He told me that Precision did not install store bought openers and there was a misunderstanding and new company policies?? He did have LiftMaster openers on his truck that he would install however?? With that said I received a call from your office while Kevin was still here and she rescheduled Jim R to come today and install my "Store Bought" opener..Jim did a fantastic job,was more than friendly and the install was perfect.. GREAT job Jim R and thank you.. Your customer service is GREAT !!

I had my garage door replaced by Kevin t. the whole experience from the time I called precision to finishing the job was easy fast and prompt. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explaining the whole problems and what needed to be changed he made quick call got all parts needed gave me the price and the next day it was all done. I will give them 5 stars and plus.

saw the ad in the telephone book and was impressed that all emergencies were covered. The email followups really gave me confidence that the company know what it is doing. The Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and then went to work. After the door was working, he cleaned up and then explained what he fixed. Would definitely use Precision in future.

I called Precision on a Friday and got service promptly on the Sunday. Jason A. was assigned and he gave me a courtesy call early morning. He arrived on schedule and after his inspection he provided me an explanation of what was wrong (tension spring failure) and the quote to repair. Jason did the work in a professional manner and my garage door is back in service. Great job and thank you!
