Quality of work is very good. We ran into a problem with the Genie rail and it buckled. Jed worked on it right away. I had some doubts, but he continued working on it and it's fine. He made a number of suggestions, but we can't afford them right now. I learned the previous installers made a number of blunders, but from that I wouldn't have met your company. Thank you.

The service was outstanding, and I have just flowing applause for the quality of the work performed. I used Precision for the original install and I will always use them for any repairs or service because they really do quality and precision work. The service technician was very knowledgeable and took great care in doing the repair. He also gave me some valuable tips for maintaining my door as well. Great Service. The only hiccup was that there was a delay on the time or arrival due to the original technician's truck problems. I would have liked for the office to have called and informed me more of the issue rather than me having to call several times to check on the change in arrival time. Thanks, Stan Moore

I have used Precision since I moved into my current home over 15 years ago. This was my third garage door repair experience and it was just as rewarding as the first two. Jed was extremely professional explaining the issues and repair options along with preventive maintenance techniques with me. He did an excellent job and I give him 5 stars.

Good morning. I think the technicians and the customer support was easy to work with. However, when I called the HQ call center they were not helpful with pricing and/or warranty - they stated the technician would be able to provide those details. Those items should be clearly communicated on your website. Also, I was expecting a local Loudoun county or NOVA technician - paying $125 trip charge is ridiculous and the amount of time to fix the door was less than an hour for $540 total - worse I had to pay extra ($40)for having the door lubed and checked. I doubt I will refer anyone I know back to Precision due to the overall cost.

The scheduler was able to very quickly schedule our repairs. We were notified who our service tech would be with a picture. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and walked us through what was required. He completed the service is less time than he estimated, cleaned the area and then took the time to explain what regular servicing we could do to extend the life of all the mechanism. I was extremely impressed.

Excellent service in every way. Tech was precisely on time (on a Sunday, at that), quickly determined the source of the door opener problem--it did not need a replacement, did a though safety check on BOTH doors, corrected all deficiencies, and replaced the inside lift handle free. I saved at least $200 if someone came and just replaced the opener. I highly recommend this business.

Very impressed. We were able to get a same day appointement. Repair person arrived with in an hour of our call. He was very knowlegeable and explained what he was doing. He was very thorough. I ask that he not discuss the cost of the repair with the homeowner as my husband and I were going to pay. He honored this request in a very tactful manner... Woud not hesitate to use again and will recommend your company to our neighbors in LeeLand Station!

Door was noisy and jerky and would not close withour multiple attempts. Technician (Matt) installed new bottom seal, door rollers, and belt drive opener. Now door is so smooth and quiet, sometimes I open and close it for no reason other than just to listen to it. I don't know how the price compares to others but the service was excellent. You get what you pay for.

Kevin was very professional. He came and diagnosed serious problems with our 1980's system. He offered several options and excellent advice. He followed up exactly as promised and completed a pretty big overhaul - results flawless. My car was "trapped" and he helped me get it out before the parts could be shipped. Very satisfied and would recommend you in a heartbeat. Also invoicing / logistics were flawless. And response time was much better than I had feared.
