He gave me several options and quotes and explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages associated with each and allowed me to decide.

What a GREAT company to deal with.. We had a slight bump in the road on Thursday when Kevin came out to install a opener I purchased from Home Depot. He told me that Precision did not install store bought openers and there was a misunderstanding and new company policies?? He did have LiftMaster openers on his truck that he would install however?? With that said I received a call from your office while Kevin was still here and she rescheduled Jim R to come today and install my "Store Bought" opener..Jim did a fantastic job,was more than friendly and the install was perfect.. GREAT job Jim R and thank you.. Your customer service is GREAT !!

The Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and then went to work. After the door was working, he cleaned up and then explained what he fixed.
