I had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener. Technician arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and prepared a wriiten estimate/work order for my authorization. The new unit was installed flawlessly. The technician was extremely nice to walk me through all operations of the new unit. No headaches or problems. The estimate given over the phone was the exact cost of the work....so there were no surprises. Great experience...will use them again!

Definitely 5-star service. Jim showed up on time and went right to work. Extremely professional; thoroughly explained the repair which put me at ease. Double-checked his work and the garage door operates like new. Explained how to avoid some common problems and how to properly maintain the garage door. I was thrilled by the price and overwhelmed by the service. I absolutely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair work.

Prompt, timely, and quick service (less than 24 hours) to repair broken springs that would not allow me to raise the garage door to use my cars. Only concern was the cost to replace the springs; otherwise, great service.

Our door was completely off the tracks and sitting so crooked we couldn't open it - Matthew fixed it and even made it better than it was when we bought the house 2 years ago. He came out on a Sunday, on time, and did a great job. Thank you!! Sue & Joe

I was extremely impressed with everyone I spoke with at Precision. From the person who took my initial call to Kevin our repairman. He was extremely patient with my 87 year old mother as he explained the operation to the door. He left his work area cleaner that what it was before he left! You kept us informed with appointments by both phone and email. We will be recommending you to our neighbors!!

Jim did an outstanding job. He came out on 8/27 originally for a possible repair but found that wasn't going to be the case. He gave us several options to choose from and we chose to purchase new doors. He came out again on 9/3 by himself and installed our new door. I couldn't be happier with the work that he has done. He is a phenomenal young man, and this company is lucky to have such a hard worker.

This was by far some of the best service I have ever received. Ralph came out during some very hot and humid weather and performed his inspect. When he was done, he told me what needed repair. I had no idea that there was so much wrong with my door and I'm glad that I called the pros to get it fixed properly. I've used this company in the past and the professionalism displayed will keep me coming back any time I need some work done in the future.
