The tech was great. He is super knowledgeable and explained everything in plain terms for me to understand. He quickly identified the problem and fixed most of it today. He will be back in a week or two to install a new panel we needed as well.

Ralph came and installed a new control for me. Once he installed it he explained how to use it. He also inspected the entire door's hardware system and showed me where possible problems may come up in the future and how to make the hardware on the door last longer. I highly recommend both Precision as a company and Ralph as a technician.

If I could give Ralph a 10 I would! He was absolutely fantastic! He showed us everything that was wrong and explained what he was doing before he started the work. He kept us informed the whole time he was here. Our door opener has been there 10 years and if it goes soon we will be calling Precision to come back to our home!

Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.

So far so good... Ralph came out ealier than the appt time, calling ahead to check if that was okay. I was at work so he dealt with my Son, but Ralph kept me in the loop the whole time via phone. Gave what I felt was a fair report on the condition of my door and the benefits of replacing the door as opposed to just repairing it. We decided to replace the door and as of right now, the door has been ordered and we are awaiting delivery of the special order door(due to its unique size). So far I have been pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Precision and more specifically from Ralph.

This is the second time we have had to call for service. Both times the service tech was very knowledgable, and the work was done at the time they came out. This time we rescheduled for another day, but that was our choice. I am very pleased with this company.

Ralph is a very nice and competent nice service person. Definitely keep him in your service. He doesn't try to up sell or have you buy things you don't need. He makes suggestions for improvement based on what he finds but doesn't force the issue. I wish there were more service men like him. I would definitely have Ralph come to my house again.

I needed a new door and Jason came to my house and politely showed me all of my options and made the best recommendation for me. The door was installed quickly, but the lock I needed was not included. It was ordered right away and Jason came back within a day or two and installed it. My door and lock are working fine, and I appreciate Jason coming back and coming to put the lock in.

I was very impressed with the service Precision Garage Doors provided. We called and Kevin was out the next day. He has been out here 2 or 3 times before, and he has always been polite, professional, and quick. He fixed our broken cables and springs in no time. We are moving at the end of the year and plan on requesting him to come out to inspect the doors on the new house. I really appreciate how I was able to call and get Kevin out the next day. We will continue to use Precision Garage Doors in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a worker accidentally back into one of the safety eyes in our garage and Kevin came out to help us. He quickly saw what the problem was and immediately fixed it. He knows garage doors very well. I've used Precision before and would keep using them in the future.

Kevin came out in 2009 to fix our door. He basically did an overall tune up/repair of the entire door and operating system. We were up and running again in no time at all. We called him again the other day because the door started malfunctioning again and we thought we were going to have to actually replace the entire door. Kevin came and told us the only thing we needed to do that was't done last time was replace the trolley system. He's fantastic! He comes and only recommends what NEEDS to be done, not what will make you pay more. Highly recommend Kevin and Precision Garage Doors to anyone!
