My garage door spring broke so Ralph inspected my whole system and discussed all repairs, maintenance and price with me before he began the work. He was great. But where Ralph really shined was when my older door opener was not lining the door up correctly, he took the time to correct it be realigning it and now it works better than it has in years! Thanks Ralph for taking the time to do the job right the first time!!

Ralph did a great job. Friendly and competent. Falls Run retirement community has 800 homes, most of which are 10 years old or approaching 10 years. We know of many of the oldest homes have had garage door repairs. It might be to you advantage to advertise in our newsletter with special low prices. I'm sure it would be to your advantage. John

Jason came and explained how my garage door worked and solved the simply problem that was causing my door not to close all the time. He let me know how to diagnosis and fix any similar problems. There wasn't any pressure tactics to buy unwanted or needed products. I received instructions on how to maintain my garage door. I enjoyed my experience and will use them again in the future.

Super fast and professional service. My wife couldnâ??t get out of the garage (and on to work!) that morning and was happy to have Jim show up within 30 mins of making the call. He explained we needed to replace the spring and other suggestions. After giving us the sticker shock ;-) he proceeded to quickly get on with the repairs and was done in approximately an hour as promised. I also appreciate the advance confirmation email with Jimâ??s pictureâ??so my wife knew what heâ??d look like. All in all great service! Thanks

Jason came to my house and once he got there, performed an inspection and told me that I needed to replace a gear on my door. He placed the order for the new gear and was back in a couple days putting the new part on. Jason is great and I will keep using Precision Garage Doors in the future.
