Excellent service - technician showed up promptly and professionally. Surveyed issue with previous opener and provided several solutions to choose from in our price range. Opted to replace operator/opener and he installed it right away. All done, cleaned up and now quieter (and safer) than ever.

Your website gave me more confidence over the competition. The fact that your technicians have to go through an organized training program sets you apart from the rest. New operator consultation and door inspection. Very knowledgeable technician who thoroughly explained all of my options.

Just wanted to say thank you. The technician was scheduled to be at my home between 8am and 11am. He was here at 8am sharp, he was very professional, very polite and very informative. He did a complete inspection of both garage doors ever tho i only called for one door. He then explained to me what i needed done and gave me the total price before he ever started. He did a fantastic job the door works great and he even took extra time to explain the work he had done and on top of that he checked out the operation of my garage door opener which wasnt even include in the proposal. My technicians name was Sean Mello and i would recommend him and precision door service to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you Sean and precision door service you should commend Sean as a valued employee. Thanks again Roy

Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well. The technician was a bit later than the proposed time but with the traffic woes I could understand. I am satisfied overall.

Amazing service!!! Sean was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and didnt try to oversell their products. He went out of his way to fix parts instead of having me pay for new ones. In the end my garage door works better now than it ever has. Thank you!!!!

Excellent experience. Delightful technician who arrived right on time, did exactly what was needed for a fair price. Very satisfied customer. Four years ago, Precision installed the garage opener that was serviced today, and that was also a good experience

VERY PLEASED! The installation team showed up promptly and installed my door in no time at all. The quality of the materials is excellent and the style compliments our house. The hardest part was actually choosing the style as there were so many good ones to choose from. I highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Matt and his assistant did a great job on a Sunday no less. He had to return for a few tweeks on a freezing Thursday. Came at 6 p.m. And fixed the issues. He was very professional and pleasant despite the conditions (14 degrees).

Very happy with the service I received. The repair guy was very helpful in making suggestions and analyzing the situation thoroughly. He inspected every part of the door and checked for safety and potential issues, then gave me detailed choices on the repairs he suggested. I would hire them again. ....they were much more professional than the company who installed the door to begin with!

We worked with Matt to replace our garage door openers. He did an excellent job and worked in cold weather to finish the job. He answered all our questions throughout (before, during, and after) and explained the entire process, features, and additional accessories for the opener. Matt provided exceptional customer service, he was professional, and understanding of our needs. Matt and Anna helped us schedule the appointment at our earliest availability and offered a great deal. We received another offer which was couple hundred dollars lower but we went with Precision Door for their customer service and transparency into solution for us to meet our needs. I highly recommend Precision Door and will do business with them for our future needs.

Arrived when promised and I told the technician Kevin the problem along with a short history of the garage door not being used for twelve years. He explained what he needed to do and I agreed and after installing a new spring ask me for the owners manual and made all the fine tuning adjustments. Works better then ever...and no more "jumping" when you hit hit the open button. Terrific job!

The service received was exceptional. Our garage door tensions springs had failed and after Kevin inspected the mechanical system of the door, found safety issues and items that I would have overlooked. He was able to complete an overhaul of our door in an hour and his reccomendations and service are greatly appreciated!
